Im not the regular guy who gets massages, but as I continue powerlifting, it has almost become compulsory to stretch and maintain your muscles via massages. The overall ambience was very simple, inviting and clean. The massage it self was awesome and relaxing. One thing I was expecting was a shower or steam room after the massage. I visited massage hope for a much needed deep tissue massage. The office was tiny and hard to find in a new office/medical building, which is mostly vacant - but very nice. I've been coming to Massage Hope for over a year and for the most part, I've been pretty pleased and buy their packages. The last two times I have been here, however, the experience hasn't been too relaxing. First, I want to say that I think the massage therapists are great! They are very relaxing and know what they're doing. But the last two times I came, there is construction going on outside and all you hear during your entire session is, "BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!" it's so loud, it's even above the music. The beeping would stop and you think, "finally! I can start to relax again!" and then, "BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!" I didn't like that Massage Hope also didn't offer any compensation for the noise (which I can understand because technically, it's not their fault) but I pay $100 to be relaxed and pampered, but the last two times I left a little more stressed out then when I came, although I'm carrying $200 less weight. I was going to buy another package after my session (like I said, they're really good therapists) but I may have to wait until construction is finished before I can come back. EDITED: I was happy to find out that those were singular experiences because of construction going on in the parking lot. I have not had that issue since, and the manager went out of his way to contact me! Back to 5 stars! read more

I can't say enough good things about Massage Hope. First the decor and feeling are soothing. Secondly, the space is very clean. The office is new but has a really nice feel to it. I had Bri as my therapist and she was amazing. Just from looking at me she knew that I would need extra time on my upper back, neck and shoulders. She really got in there since I had asked for a deep massage and I loved it. She talked me through what she was working on and gave me valuable feedback about stretching and how often I should be getting a massage. I had a 90 minute massage and it was worth every penny. I had learned about Massage Hope from a friend of mine who went to elementary school with co-founder and massage therapist, Johnny Koons. In a funny coincidence, my husband then found a Groupon for a prenatal massage at Massage Hope and purchased it for as a birthday present for me. My current pregnancy has been physically hard, so I was looking forward to eventually getting a prenatal massage. I had held off booking anywhere because I wanted to make sure that where ever I went had strong therapists who would really work on my back. I scheduled my massage with ease through the Massage Hope website. On the date I chose, there were 2 therapists available. I chose Johnny because in past experience, male therapists tend to have a better ability of getting my knots out. When I arrived at the location, I was given the option of laying on my side for the massage, or face down with a supportive pillow for my belly. Johnny suggested I chose face down, based on the areas that I wanted him to work on the most. This was a wonderful suggestion on his part! Even being in the face down position before the session started gave me relief that I haven't had in months! The session was exactly what I was hoping for. Johnny listed to my complaints and really took the time to work on those areas. I felt looser and so relaxed for the rest of the evening! I have also had less sciatica pains since my session. I never thought it was worth it to get a monthly massage but it turns out I had just never had the right massage. I intended to go monthly but I have to admit the stress reduction and relaxation brings me there more often. The staff is friendly, the ambiance is serene, and the massages are unreal.
