I've only gotten massages from there but I will definitely branch out to more services. I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant and been having a lot of discomfort that I was in need of a prenatal massage. A friend recommended massage nirvana! i was able to get in the same day. Walk into the reception area they have this beautiful flower wall. Front desk was very sweet & welcomed me as soon as I walked in. After filing out papers they take you back to a waiting area that has some snacks and a coffee machine which I thought was a nice gesture. It was very dark and intimate in the back, kind of couldn't see where I was going. Now for my massage.. my masseuse was very sweet! The room was prepped with a side pillow for me to be able to lay on my side. The masseuse massaged one said then I turned over and did the other. My main focus was my back, calves & feet. She was great at hitting the spots I requested, but I wish she was able to be more firm and get deeper into my muscles. I'm not sure if it's because I'm pregnant that she was scared to get a little deep, but it really just felt like a soft oil rub to me. I really just wanted to unwind and relax but I couldn't & I didn't want to be rude, but she talked the whole time during my massage... so I'm still debating if I'll be back for another. read more

Currently sitting in the sauna after my amazing 50 minute massage with Lily! WOW ! I am fitness instructor and have a pretty tight body and lily really took the time to listen to what I needed before we started (we even laughed that I had quite a few problem areas) and when I say she hit EVERY ONE. I honestly didn't think she'd be able to get to every spot since I requested so many but I could tell she was very attentive to what muscles she was massaging and why. I have a partial tear in my shoulder and was sure to tell her and she had a very nice balance of hard enough but not too much on my injury. I feel like I've had so many mediocre massages that when the time is up it only feels like half the time, but lily did my full massage and within the first 10 minutes I thought it was over because of how detailed she was! I will say I think it ended a little sooner than expected but truly that was my fault because I believe we started a little after my time stamp because I was taking my time getting undressed lol. I can't wait to come back, I was just a class pass user but am looking to book again with lily and possibly a facial! AND! You get to use the sauna afterwards which is PERFECT after a massage! Come as you are, as you were to massage Nirvana! I've been dealing with some serious neck and shoulder pain recently so I booked a Therapeutic Massage. Sabra was my massage therapist; she was very kind. I had the Groupon specials so they added lavender aromatherapy. They have different scents though and I really wanted to try the grapefruit aromatherapy but I figured the lavender is more calming. As soon as I entered the room, I could smell the lavender in a good way. Sabra mentioned that she was going to add the lavender scent to the lotion. Color Me Happy! Sabra has a very nice calming touch & her hands are so soft. I mean I wish my hands were that soft, but then I don't lather up people with lotion all day long Front desk staff was really kind too. I ended up buying some of the Mediterra CBD gummies. I didn't know what to expect but I really like the calm gummies. I'll be trying the CBD sleep gummies tonight. Wish me luck! Massage Nirvana is the best massage place! I won't go anywhere else! I have been to places like Massage Envy and Massage Nirvana doesn't come close to comparison in what other places have to offer. I always get a deep tissue for 80 minutes. I do get the 110 minute option sometimes too. Michelle is my favorite masseuse. Her attention to detail and care is unparalleled. She knows exactly what my body needs and how much pressure to put. I always leave a better version of myself and body after massage. In addition, I like that Massage Nirvana has a sauna and shower to use for guests. I like going into the sauna before my massage to warm my body up. The spa is always clean and tidy. I booked a Swedish massage through my ClassPass subscription. I was impressed they had a dry sauna at this location and I was able to relax and use it prior to my service. The place is compact but it's set up nicely, clean and quiet. The problem I had was with the massage therapist. I could tell she meant well but I have no idea how she's licensed plus the behavior was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. The first thing happened towards the beginning of the session when I was face down. She kept stopping and going over to the counter, spending some time there quietly, and then coming back to me. She eventually had one hand lightly massaging me and the other hand texting on her phone. She must of been in an important conversation because she stayed like this, standing in the same spot with one hand lightly rubbing my back, for about 5 minutes. It was so awkward and uncomfortable.. When she finally put her phone away (mind you she didn't realize I realized she was on her phone in the middle of the session) she started massaging me with DEEP pressure and this maintained throughout the session although I told her medium pressure and booked a Swedish massage and physically, as well as verbally, kept telling her it was too hard. She asked at one point if she could stretch my leg while I was face down in which she picked my quad up and stretched it in an natural movement to the point it hurt my knee and I physically and verbally said that didn't feel good and to stop, which is still hurting post treatment. She asked me at a different point in the service if she could stretch me again and I had to decline, 3 times, before she stopped asking. When it was time to turn over to lay on my back she said "scoot down" and then once I started to flip, the blanket partially exposed me as she was not holding it and I was so embarrassed. The draping during the entire session felt very very VERY uncomfortable. She also commented on how nice my body was while massaging my inner thigh. The massage style was inconsistent (she would massage one side for a long time and then barely give the other side any attention), was not working on the muscles in a way that was therapeutic (just rubbing over them very hard), and she used WAY too many hot towels and practically rubbed my skin raw with them. There were 10 towels used on my feet alone. So anytime she would start to massage me, she would abruptly get up, go over to the counter, grab either a towel or hot stone and come back in a routine pattern. I told the front desk lady that it was terrible and my therapist was texting on her phone who said she apologizes and will tell her manager. This was the most unprofessional and inappropriate session I've ever experienced. I'm really disappointed I used a lot of my ClassPass points for a very embarrassing and painful experience, my knees, shoulder and back are in a ton of pain post treatment. read more

Went here for the first time and I got a deep tissue massage and a facial. What's wild to me is that I booked the therapists based off the reviews, but wasn't expecting the plot twist that the massage therapist with all the good reviews was ALSO the one from the bad reviews! The good reviews mention her by name but the bad reviews do not. Let's start with the good: THE FACIAL WITH ZORA WAS AMAZING and I would give this review 5 stars if it was JUST about the facial. I went in not really knowing what I wanted, and she was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The service was extremely relaxing and I came out feeling 10 years younger. Will definitely be back again to work with her!! Now for the very meh, 80 minute "deep tissue" massage: I want to be nice because I feel this person meant well, but I wanted a deep tissue and I would say maybe 15 minutes of the 80 minute massage was actually deep tissue pressure in targeted areas. During this time, she said she worked a lot of knots out, which could be true, it did feel like she worked on those spots for about 15 minutes. The rest of the massage was... not it. A lot of "hot towels" (they were luke warm almost cold), "hot" (luke warm) stones, stretching (?), and light, inconsistent rubbing that either she was distracted or tired but it was driving me nuts. She talked a bit too much, comments about my age and ethnicity like another reviewer said, and just a lot of constant questions and comments. It was not relaxing at all. The last half hour where they flip you over face up, she rubbed the same part of my scalp for like 10-15 minutes, and not a relaxing scalp massage. Just kinda rubbing my hair together. I think she fell asleep while doing it because sometimes she would just stop all together and then start up again. Anyway I really hated that part, and would have stopped it sooner if I knew it was gonna go on so long. I was really hoping she'd move on to my neck (what I went in there for), but she never did. Just lightly rubbed a "hot" stone there for a minute. Very inconsistent with doing stuff on one side and not the other. Ended with a "foot massage" where she kinda just pretended to rub my feet for a few seconds lol (?) idk if she was on her phone or just over it, but it didn't feel like a massage at the end. Again, she had a really nice attitude, and I'm sure she's a wonderful person. Just not the type of massage I was looking for. Also, she came back in the room while I was getting dressed! I quickly pulled the sheet over me, but I've never had a massage therapist do that before. And she wasn't like "oops I'm so sorry!" She handed me a water and kept talking to me like it wasn't awkward af. Anyway, I've heard good things about another massage therapist at this place, so I'm gonna give it another shot with the other one. This was just surprising considering the amount of good reviews the one I booked has. Our first time here was around Valentine's Day. We've been trying to find the right time to go since it's been 5 months since we last went. A bit different now with COVID19 precautions. They take the proper precautions by asking you about exposure, travel, & taking your temp. You need to wear a mask. It took time adjusting to, but it was absolutely not a problem. My husband has asthma & he was fine with it as well. Honestly, the moment you go into a relaxation mode, you forget it's even on! All the staff wear masks. Hand sanitizer is provided before you go back. It's not bad! There are no lockers or sauna though, but I was able to place my things all tidy within the room in the corner. The massage was fantastic! Open to feedback when it comes to pressure & asking consent to massage certain areas (ex. glutes). My massage therapist walked me through the process & I felt comfortable from start to finish. The massage therapist did not provide the proper type of massage and was yawning throughout my entire session and eventually fell asleep towards the end of my massage. She was also asked weird questions about my ethnicity and my age which i thought was inappropriate. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. Shoutout to Joseph, my massage guru, who basically found every tight spot in my body and worked his magic to release all that pent-up stress. Dude's got some serious skills! Two of my girlfriends didn't want massages but stayed in the reception area. After three of us finished, Christopher brought our two other girlfriends into the lounge area so we could all hang out. The massage therapist were great! Right amount of pressure and attentive.
