I originally came here over 1 yr ago because of a Groupon. I had a full body massage with Connie. WOW! She is really really amazing. I have been going to her 2x/month since then and have gotten my husband to go and referred many others whom love her too! No, this is not a fancy full service spa hence the minuscule pricing. I mean where else can you get a 1 hr massage for $45?! And they always use hot towels at the end to get off the extra oil. Yes, you are massaged right next to others (with divided curtains). If you are not comfy with that, ask for a private room. I've had hundreds of massages in my life and Connie is my favorite. I have had nothing but friendly service via the phone and the front desk. There's so much noise and it really isn't worth the cost even though it's less than most places. I also have always considered myself to be a generous tipper but was told that my tip isn't enough despite it being more than 20%, which just added to the poor customer experience. I have been coming to Massage Pro for years and I have tried many different places. This is no luxury spa but they try to keep it clean and comfortable. I always ask for Daniel who is very experienced and gives me deep massage the way I like. I have seen people leaving comment about experiencing pain the next day, I want to speak up for the store that a real massage is to correct and adjust your body and alignment, the pain one experience next day is the body is recovering, just like how you feel after a good exercise. If all you want is a comfortable massage, just let the masseur know ahead of time. The front desk lady is always helpful and courteous. This business doesn't deserve a single star. I'm just coming from there place. I went today for foot massage. Owner asked me if its ok she could do massage and I was ok with that. She charged my card before massage. After that she took me inside for massage and soaked my feet in the warm water for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes she said I'm sorry but we can't do your massage as we don't have a space, you don't have an appointment. Are you kidding me??? It's not professional behavior. If they had no space or person to do massage they should have told me beforehand. I never forced them for massage. I posted 5 stars almost a month ago but sadly I have to change this. After I posted such a great review Apple the owners son messaged me to offer me a free massage for such a great review. Sadly when I went to go see Apple about the massage she was extremely upset and stressed to me how it was inconvenience to them. She questioned who I was and who sent me the offer and was very hesitant to even offer me the massage. When I told her Friday would work for me and that, that's was a great day she responded "well that isn't great for us, we are busy fridays." She was upset at me for something her associate offered to me for free? She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I won't be going back here. Massage Pro isn't too bad. Super no frills, you get what you pay for. This is no Watercourse Way or Burke Williams. There's no lavender wrap for your eyes (just a clean towel that kept falling and covering my face), the place looked clean, and I think they use very thin gloves to massage your feet. What do you expect for a foot massage that includes a head and shoulder massage and a back massage for $25 for 60 mins? Like some other reviews mentioned, this place was a bit noisy. The workers don't use their inside voice. There were lots and lots of repeat customers scheduling appointments which is a good sign. There are a few other foot massage places for me to try around the neighborhood. If the other ones suck, I wouldn't mind coming back. Like I said, you get what you pay for. read more

I have to admit that we never been to any Chinese massage place before, so we didn`t really knew what to expect. We always go to proper massage places with professionals working there. So this experience for us was new and for sure very different then anything else we had before. The moment you walk in - you have to pay upfront for the service. We picked reflexology, so we where expecting foot massage - what we got was15 minutes of foot massage- 45 minutes of the whole body massage over the cloths we where wearing and towel that we where covered with. They massage your face, neck, ears, head(no need to say that my hair was total mess after) , then they massage your feet, and without washing there hands, they come back to massage your neck, head, back(and they do touch your skin!) When you turn around on stomach, the smell of the sofa/bed is unbearable. It`s something like you walk in to the antic shop where they keep old dusty and smelly things... So if you don`t mind being touched all over, covered with not so clean towels, having massage with some kind of soap, not oil or anything that at least smell nice , then this is the place for you. I came here with a friend. And I liked my massage my lady's name was May. May responded well to my body during my massage. I did think It was a bit weird that this place make you pay first then get your massage & then tip on your way out ...I have never been to a massage place where you pay first so I thought it was weird but whatever. My friend had a massage by the guy he was the only guy there and she kept complaining He was a bit too much....I felt really bad for my friend her experience was not great. Mine was ....but I give this place 3 stars because they have no carpet it's concrete so you hear everyone walking back and forth....so it was hard to zone out and get into it. I could hear flip flops and squeaky shoes. And the chair was hard and not comfy at all. I found a Groupon for Massage Pro and read the reviews on Yelp. I decided to try it out and glad I did! I went on a Saturday afternoon so the place is quiet. It was distracting when people were talking/talking/ moving about as the divider sheets don't do much. A few other customers mentioned this, but still distracting. Once you get over that, the massage was really good. I asked for a strong person and definitely got him. My neck and shoulders are always tight so he did his best to loosen them up. I'll go back for another massage as it was a really good deal and they give you a full hour of treatment. read more

Not A great experience at all. We had living social vouchers for full body massage. Upon my husband and i arrived, immediately without further ado the lady said "show me the payment". So rude. Then we were conducted to a semi private area for our full Body massage. I say semiprivate because the room was open, only separated from the rest by curtains, so you could hear steps, conversations, people going in and out and everything. The massage was good in general, except for the fact that the masseuses sometimes talked to each other out loud which was kinda disruptive. The massage was not full body, but more back and arms, zero legs. But overall good. When the half hour was over, I gave them the tip (15%) and she told me it was not enough, that she usually gets more tips. This was a fist time for me. Went in to use my certificate for a 75 minute feet and back massage combo. I was greeted and asked if I had reservation. How are you supposed to make a reservation with a place that does not return your calls after 3 weeks of leaving a message? I was adament about even staying after I realized that you can hear the lady next door getting her back slapped. You can hear them throwing towels in the drier and turning the drier on. First the legs were throw around like a sack of potatoes, then the futon you are on is so low that you don't know if its their knees they are using or their elbows. I am a fan of deep tissue, but this is beyond deep tissue. We are talking "some one opened up a can of whoop ass up in here" Shame on SM County for not requiring that all masseuses be licensed, because if they were this place would not charge $25 for an hour massage and they wouldn't beg people to tip. That means that the poor slave they use to beat on you get about minimum wage and leaves a lasting impression. To each his own, but I expect more................................. read more

I have been coming here on and off. Had Michael before and after he left, I wanted someone with strong hands, so the front desk lady recommended Daniel. I had used him once because he was strong. Tonight, Daniel seems to be half asleep even my friend heard him yawn multiple times. My arms were not massaged symmetrical. He left one hand undone then went to the feet which was the worst part. He did not even touch the bottom of my foot and when I gave him feedback for my other foot, he used brute force on my shin. I felt he was trying to be revengeful. I let him finished but when I told the lady up front, my friend had to interpret. Then she said to ask for someone else next time. You get what you pay for, maybe a little more. The couch/bed where you receive your (clothed) massage is in a row with others. It is dark, so the proximity is not uncomfortable. They do massage more than just feet, and they don't skimp on the full hour. Although I did feel like he was simply rubbing my feet rather than digging into sore muscles or acupressure points. The foot soak beforehand was pleasant. Seemed sanitary, pleasant and professional. It's not a "spa," but it does in a pinch. I've been going to massage pro for over a year now and I'm a fan of their massages. I usually get the 1 hour foot massage which includes a head, neck, and back massage as well for ONLY $25. I find the masseuses here to be better trained than in other places and they genuinely want to give you a good service. The massages are on the firmer side, so if you are looking for a very light massage this may not be your place or let them know when you arrive that you don't want firm pressure. Con is that this place does not have the "spa" type atmosphere and it can get loud during peak hours. I try and go during the week on evenings when it's less crowded. Enjoy! read more

Got a groupon coupon and checked em out , the situation with laying down for a foot massage does tweak your back like others have mentioned - I though it was just me but it seems others agree. The massage was rock solid , I was very happy with the skill of the masseuse but they are getting only a 3 out of 5 because they only did about 50 minutes out of an hour hands on massage and about 5 minutes of getting water and another 5 minutes of screwing around - sorry it needs to be exactly 60 minutes, being nice with the 3 stars. One more thing - they are a bit money hungry, they offer cheap rates in the door and try to make up with a hard press for tips, not the worst place but think I might be able to find better. read more

I bought a Groupon with them more than a year ago and the lady how gave me the massage did such a good job that I decided to buy a package of 10. So I went there for a year until my passes are used up. I still go from time to time. The guy (Jason) is really good and if you ache all over, then you should go there and get a massage (with Jason or any of the guys) and you'll be taken care of. They start with soaking your feet with warm water. While you're soaking, they start with your head, then work on your shoulders, arms. Then they move on the the feet/calves/legs. Then they make you flip over and they do your neck/shoulders/arms/legs. This goes on for pretty much the entire hour. By the time they are done, I feel my knots are gone. I feel vitalized! I have no problem with paying before going in. I don't think that's a problem. Maybe they had previous bad experiences from people taking off without paying. I think we should all be more understanding towards these small businesses ($20 bucks, come on! They are making peanuts here!) Worst massage in MY LIFE. If I could get my money back I would. I took my girl here for her birthday as a surprise couple massage and I ended up getting the short end of the stick. Masseur did not seem to understand English well and did not take the time to actually see what my body needed. He did not ask how I was doing the entire massage and I had to keep telling him he was hurting me. It is almost a week later and I am still in pain. Either he did not know what he was doing and should not be working there or is not mindful of his customer. Excellent! Bought a Groupon deal for the 90-min reflexology for my boyfriend & a 60-min for myself. We just left Massage Pro & couldn't be happier with our experience. I had Nancy & he had Crystal...they were both fantastic & used surprisingly strong pressure, which we both like. The room & chairs were comfortable & there was minimal noise/talking while we were there. And you really can't beat the prices.
