The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating was because during my first cupping massage someone in the building was vacuuming more than half of my massage which made for a very non relaxing experience. This was my first cupping session and I liked it so much more than massage. I had a low back spinal fusion that did not fully fuse. Everyone has always told me to get a massage and I will feel better. The reality is that a massage would feel good but then I would hurt so badly getting off the table because of the pushing and the relaxing that my muscles would allow that non-fused area to shift (so I'd have to get it together before I would get up). This is a great example of why you buy your Groupons from Groupon even if the business tells you they will give you the same deal. I found Paloma on Groupon and wanted to try out her services for cupping. I called her to make sure there was available appointments before I bought a Groupon and she told me that she would give me the same deal so I bought directly through her instead. This was back in January. I bought three cupping sessions from her because that was the cheapest per session. In March, she tried to text me to make an appointment . I was in Japan for the whole month of March and didn't get the text until I got back in April. At that point I was playing catch-up at work and was super busy with a niece that moved in with me in April, so it just wasnt the first thing on my mind. Given I don't get massages regularly, so there is time between when I will use mine. But in August I text her for an appointment and she let me know that she no longer has an office. She will only give massages in your home. I have two roommates and do not have room in my small apartment for this kind of service. She also let me know that if she came to me, because of where I live, it is going to be $30 extra each time. So my great deal on 3 services became the most expensive cupping sessions I've ever purchased. I asked her if she would refund the other two services since she closed her business, and she said that she would not because it was discounted services. Groupon would have refunded me in this circumstance, so I am upset that I bought directly through her. Nonetheless, in the 5 months we've tried to get an appointment time to work so I can get this purchase over with, she's text me twice with availability... once with an appointment during work hours, and once when I was at a wedding in Idaho. She's never had an appointment available when I'm available and now here we are at the end of the year... and I'm still assed out on my services I purchased. read more

I had my first massage with Paloma last night! It was amazing! Paloma is very sweet and she has amazing pressure she was firm and has a great touch.
