The booking/ check in process was modern , efficient and easy. The massage was very good, focused on what i needed, and lasted the full hour. Only advice is bring cash for treatment and generous tip. They give horrible massages while wearing gloves, so it is very uncomfortable. They have low rates, which is why I went, but it's not worth it. At the beginning I tried to explain what I wanted but they did whatever they wanted anyway like it was some sort of routine with them. Then when we were all through they told me how much to tip them. Loved this. I had a sore neck from bad sleep at hotel, and was in an unfamiliar town. Therapist really got in there and worked to unkink my neck, back, hamstring and other muscles I didn't even know were locked up. I would go back in a heartbeat and may just pay another visit before I leave town. I've had massages three times the price that weren't half as good. Quite pleased to have found this place. Absolutely the best massage practice in Waltham. This is comparable to specialized, deep tissue sports massage but at literally half the price as most other massage or chiropractic practices. My stress manifests in huge knots in my neck and back, and all the therapists here are massage geniuses. Getting my range of motion back in 60 or 90 minutes is wonderful. The style of this type of massage is less Swedish and more sports; that may be important to know if you are looking for a very gentle massage for relaxation rather than knots/ tightness. I'm sad to read some of these negative reviews about tipping here. The rates for massages are low, and the quality is high. Please tip generously based on a regular rate you would pay elsewhere for a massage. This work is rough on the therapist's body, burnout is high, all the workers are highly skilled, and the low rate indicates that the hourly paid wage for the therapists is probably not as high as it should be. I have been searching for the best massage spot near home in Waltham, I haven't found a massage spa that I will go more than twice. I saw their COVID precautions and that they were incredibly clean (I called ahead to see the cautious manner in which they are running their business). The main precautions I appreciate is temp checks, and they do it!!! I will never go see another massage therapist other than Anna. The massage was so good she earned a 30$ tip from me. The massage table was incredibly comfortable and you can tell they use nice and well made sheets. The massage was just incredible, she used hot stones too! Before you go in they send this cool text with a picture of the human body and you can click which part of the body you want then to focus on and which to avoid. I can not say enough about this place, oh, prices? Too low and unbeatable. Will be going back incredibly soon since I can actually afford it!!!! read more

Alice is brilliant. She incorporates all types of deep tissue/ Thai massage techniques and really listens to your body. Even with limited English, I simply pointed to my injury area and she knew exactly what to do. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and massages each muscle in every angle possible. Had an 11:30 am massage. Arrived early. Person welcomed me and verified my appointment Went to bathroom and came out and no one was there. I waited in an uncomfortable, hot waiting room until 11:39 when I received a call that they open at 11:30 and the masseuse was on her way and would be another 10 minutes. Seeing such graphic unprofessionalism and seeing signs all over instructing how much to tip, I left having wasted enough time and this unprofessional establishment. I really needed a massage. honestly terrible customer service. There is a giant sign that says the "recommended tip amount" of $14 on a $40 massage is 35% so I wanted to tip $10 and they literally wouldn't give me my change back. My masseuse shoved the partial change at me and then pushed past me to change the sheets on the bed and go to her next client. I was left standing in the waiting area alone. I didn't leave til I finally got my change but it was from a different masseuse and the whole thing was just terrible. Also in my actual massage, the masseuse changed about 10 minutes in and they didn't say anything about it. The lack of understanding of english made it very difficult to ask for adjustments. I had read the tip-related reviews before and thought I could stand my ground (which I did but I didn't think I'd have to try that hard) but it's just not worth it. It really ruins the relaxing massage experience especially when you can hear police sirens, dogs parking, and cars speeding by the whole thing. 0/10 do not recommend to anyone. read more

Decided to get a massage in the Waltham area and went to this place. You can't beat the price for an hour massage. It is a very good one. You will leave relaxed, and reenergized. The neck, back and legs even glutes are massaged. Parking is available on the street for 2 hours. I left a tip but it was worth tipping. read more
