She does deep tissue / trigger point work that can be intense (sometimes uncomfortable / borderline painful), especially when she's working through stubborn knots, but if you can breathe through it, the knots will release and your back truly feels like it's healing! I personally request very deep pressure (like a level 10) from Nana because I know my body can handle it, and I want that deep release, but Nana is extremely easy to talk to and will adjust immediately if you want lighter pressure or any modifications.
