I would give zero stars if it was a option. I had a appointment for 2 people at 3PM. As I'm pulling up at 3:05 I get a call they can no long take us for our massages, they can only take ONE of us. Mind you we made this appointment a day prior, filled 6 pages online and took a Uber 20 min to them + left my card on file to secure my spot. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and disappointing. $30 waisted on ubers and no massage. Very disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

AWFUL! This place has the worst massage "therapists"only 1 girl is good Karin. I drove 1h30 under the rain in traffic to get a 2 hours massage to hear me say that the front desk messed up and I can only get an hour! The manager was incapable of giving me good customer service to make it up and then had the audacity to try to belittle me front of other customers because he didn't like that I was telling the truth on about incompetent they were. And then he did not say bye, back to me when I left! I told him he was rude not to say bye and they yell at me to Leave! Unbelievable! I have never experienced such a bad customer service in my life. My sister got me a massage here about 8 months ago as a gift and I've been coming every month for facials and massages since. So clean and relaxing. The esthetician's really try to provide as much information as possible while assisting you. Truly a gem in the downtown area and the prices are really good for the services. read more

When I first became a member their service was immaculate, their good therapists started leaving, and I can see why. The Management service is horrible. I had a work emergency; called at 7:08pm to let them know I needed to RESCHEDULE my 9pm appointment because I was unable to make it. They said they will still remove 30mins off my service. After being a loyal member I think they could have been a little more understanding about the situation, especially with just it being 8 mins. I cancelled my membership and they refuse to give me a full refund even after they didn't provide my monthly service. I pay for my mother's membership and will be cancelling my her membership as well. So sad they lost two loyal customers over 8 mins. read more

I've been a fan of Massage Luxe since 2019. I usually have deep tissue massage that concentrate on shoulders, the trapezius and today I had Maria. She was super sweet and when I realized just how great she was I heard that she was leaving. I'll definitely miss her. This is the first time that I have been treated negatively post covid... after donating plasma over 8 months ago. Recently sent my wife here for a massage on her birthday. First session was great and well deserved as her being a medical worker and dealing with Covid has bought tremendous stress upon her. That being said, she opt'ed for a membership. Long story short on one appointment she had schedule they failed to tell her that her masseuse no longer worked with the company. Willing to move on and use another masseuse, they told her not possible even though she was booked on the mobile site and showed proof. She asked for her membership to be cancelled. Turns out we received a call saying that the bookings that were used were not done in the complete 90mins sessions as requested. This whole time she paid for 90mins sessions to only get 60mins. She asked for these to be refunded as she was done with the company. Till this posting we've yet to receive refunds. Added very immature and unprofessional staff. Avoid at all cost. read more

Wow what an amazing experience. First with Raul and Valerie in the front desk who where very helpful in getting everything ready for my Massage and facial Experience. My Deep tissue Massage by Leandro was incredible. He targeted all my target spot where my relieve alot of my joint pain. Room comfortable and love the ambience. Then when my 60 minute massage was done, I got ready to go the Hydromassage bed. Omg that is amazing. After then got ready for my facial I upgraded to the papaya facial which is amazing. My god everyone on staff was super nice. Also big thanks to front desk for charging my phone cause if not I wouldn't be able to go home. Absolute joke for being a service company. Management is disrespectful (whoever the "assistant" manager is working Saturdays) and they do not work with their customers to resolve charge disputes. I've requested a cancellation of my membership on March 22nd (2021) via a phone call and had asked to talk to a manager prior to confirming my cancellation. Because I did not manage to complete the timed form that's only active for less than 48 hrs, my cancellation did not process and I was charged up until June/July of 2021, before realizing what's going on. MassageLuXe didn't even care to check in and confirm the cancellation and of course - management never called after my initial cancellation request. I assume that's part of the scam. For your own sake, make sure that EVERYTHING you do with the MassageLux chain is in writing and please read their contracts very very carefully, especially their cancellation processes and your ability to retrieve your credits for example in case you have to move (like I had to). I'm not expecting my money back, but I hope I can save the next person from getting into an annoying situation with this business. Stay safe & avoid them if you have the option! read more

My amazing Thai guy moved away and when I saw this on Groupon I was expecting a relaxing little tuneup while I searched for a "real" massage therapist. My experience with these kinds of places in the past has been that they're relaxing but not great for therapeutic deep tissue massage like I need. Boy was I surprised!! Daria was the esthetician that serviced me and she did an amazing job with my skin, it was the best facial service I have ever received . Following that experience I was greeted to my massage. These people go through massive privacy overreach to schedule you an appt. Who needs ALL your personal info PLUS a credit card within two hours of your appt? And Why have someone sign a ton of liability forms if you won't see someone a day after they fall off a bike? These people majorly wasted my time trying to 'protect me' because I had a bruise after a minor fall; They said it was a liability to give me a massage after I told them why I needed one. Then don't ask people why they need one! How is it a liability if I'm coming to you and signing YOUR forms and hiring you to make me feel a little better?
