They will sign you up for a service then make you pay a 50 dollar fee to unlock said service after you have already paid for massages, although they were not open to offer you any of their services. I was curious to check this place out, since it is very close to my house. I wasn't disappointed - It is a beautiful, upscale spa and has a very calming atmosphere. The massage was very relaxing and I really wanted it to last longer. They surprised me with a complimentary hydromassage for 15 minutes, which felt really good. Hello my massage was scheduled for today. I used to be a member so I thought it would be a good idea to go back. Big mistake. What they charged me for the massage was different from what was promised to me when I booked the appointment. The office staff was very unpleasant and made my experience even worst. I payed the full price just to get out of there. So if you going to book your appointment make sure that you get in writing how much is it going to cost you. Guess who is never going back? I tried MassageLuxe as a treat for myself to celebrate my birthday. The company was recommended by a friend. I am not an expert on massage as I have only had 1 other at a high end salon. My initial impression is this is not a high end salon. Fine by me. I am not a bougie person. I liked that the office and staff are helpful, professional, eager to answer questions and help. I was greeted upon entry and I felt welcome. My massage therapist was Sonja. Sonja is a professional and she explained the service as well as covid procedures. She is a clearly a veteran and she did a wonderful job on my service. I was relaxed and my muscles were in better shape when I left then when I got there. For the price the value is great. I was offered the use of hydro lux table on my way out. It was ok. I don't think that is a big draw for me. I plan to return and when I do I will inquire about their facial services that I see advertised. If I end up getting one I will report back on that. Overall good quality for the price. read more

I feel compelled to write a review after the bad ones almost made me to scared to even use my Groupon at this place! I went for my first massage ever today at this salon. I was excited but so nervous. I had a great experience! I arrived 15 mins early as instructed, the ladies at the front desk were super friendly. They gave me my paperwork to fill out and sent me to the waiting room. My therapist came to get me promptly at my appointment time. It took about 5 minutes to discuss my ailments and for me to get ready. My massage was great and very relaxing! My therapist met me outside my room after I got dressed with a bottle of water. I then got to use the hydro luxe thing which was super cool! They did attempt to sell me a membership but being this was my first massage ever, it is just not something I want to pay for monthly. read more

Absolutely unprofessional. I had a male massage therapist which was fine with me, but I felt as though he was inappropriate with the way he conducted his massage and made me feel uncomfortable as well. The whole thing was terrible and I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Then they tried to sell me on a membership which I had NO interest in, threatening that "if I walk out the door, the offer is no longer valid". Good! Because I have no interest in being molested by your massage therapists again. read more

I am very impressed with this spa, they actually called me to schedule my appointment after I purchased a gift certificate online. When I arrived they took me in back to a separate waiting room to fill out my information and didn't have me do it out in the lobby which I definitely liked. The massage itself was completely amazing and to top it off on they way out they had me lay on their hydro-bed for 15 minutes. They also have an amazing loyalty program for a reasonable price you can get monthly massages, a percentage off any additional services, and unlimited use of their hydro bed. Amazing! read more

Pretty disappointed with this place. They said I could come in at any time for a hydro luxe treatment (after selling me their membership!) and I just went in and sat around for 10 min in the lobby for someone to come to the front desk and nobody did. I called the office to see if someone would run up to the front to get the phone, nobody did. I basically left after yelling out "hello hello?" and generally feeling creeped out by this empty place. Why is nobody at the front desk? The little offfice to the right was open too and nobody in it. Seems like irresponsible front desk staff on Tuesday night at least. So I left disgruntled that I couldn't even get my hydro luxe treatment bc nobody was around. read more

I got a discount offer through Facebook and decided to give this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful atmosphere and the therapist took extra care to address my sciatica pain. The nice surprise was the massage table after the regular massage. It's a cool machine that you can control and massages your whole body top to bottom! read more

I feel bad almost for giving no stars because Brooklyn and the front staff are great. I, however, must caution anyone booking with Erick. I should have known by his comment about his books being empty but I didn't read between the lines. Erick was rough, he used products on me without my consent, he stretched my upper body without proper draping procedures and I ended the session early after he exposed my breast. Not to mention the first slight of hand where he nearly side grabbed my chest which I chalked up to lack of focus (he was chaotic and sloppy). Add in to this his multiple grazes of my (draped) buttocks which were followed up with him utilizing my legs as a bracing mechanism for his body weight. He didn't use enough lotion for his forearm stroke and left my shoulders burned from the friction. I am in intense pain the day after and it's not from lack of water. My spine at base of my neck feels bruised but I can't turn my head to see. He yanked my arms around and when performing one of his...umm...techniques? He all but choked me. The front staff (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!!) was so sweet and listened to my concerns, though at the time I was having a hard time reliving every detail. I wasn't looking for a free session but she comp'd this experience anyways, which was amazing, so I can get the help I need from trusty Brooklyn. I've worked in the business in the past and know this is NOT how every therapist is and I know the rest of the staff should NOT be generalized because of one person. Not every therapist is meant for every person, but this went beyond. Please go see them for a great experience just don't book with Erick. With the injuries sustained and the embarrassment from the sexually based issues I had, he's lucky I was too out of it to want police for assault. read more
