I needed a second opinion from a reputable mechanic, and I got it here. We were having some Issues with tire wear on a new car. They did an alignment and called out that it couldn't be trued and the springs were not holding. With this information I was able to make a case, and got the dealership to file a warranty claim to replace springs and shocks. Definitely will be going back, and very reasonable pricing. read more

MY daughter was involved in a car accident, not her fault though. A truck hit the car behind her, and that car hit the back of her car. The mechanic shop be bring our cars to in town recommended L & W Auto Body to do the repairs. We contacted them and they scheduled up a time for us to drop off the car. I had to bring my car into the shop. My appointment given was 2 weeks later. I dropped it off and they told me I was all set with my car. Rental, when I got to the car rental place, it was not all set. So that took some time, then my car was there for 4 days, with no call to kind of tell me what was going on. Eventually, I got a call saying to come pick up my car at 2:30. I got there at 4:40 PM. Because their website says they close at 5, when I got there, the door was locked even on the outside of their door it says 5 PM and the cleaning lady told me they closed at 4 PM on Friday. So I was not able to get my car for the entire weekend. I sent an email and got no response. Until eleven a m on monday morning, basically just saying, sorry, I guess we'll make those edits to our.Website. their customer service is not great. No one even showed me my car when I got there and explained what they did. Some woman just took my money and handed me the keys. I would not go back and I would not recommend them. read more

L&W Auto Body is amazing! They found and fixed the cab leak on my 2017 Ram 1500. Ram's are known for water leaks either from the third brake light or from the rear window seal. It was neither. The water was finding it 's way in from the rear cabin pressure vents. The seal around these vents had deteriorated over the years. Needless to say they ordered new ones and replaced them without having to remove the truck bed. My hat goes off to Scott and his team at L&W for taking the time to find the source of the leak and fixing it. Thank you! read more

My experience here has been awesome! Took my car in for repair after an accident. They were very up front with me regarding their current backlog (supply chain, pandemic, etc.) which was pretty decent. However, my car was still pretty much drivable, so they took it in to assess the damage and made sure it was actually drivable and gave it back, with the understanding that they would let me know when the parts came in and it would go in for the actual repairs at that time. Everything worked out perfectly. Car looks as good as new & and it was really only in the shop for a fairly minimal amount of time. Honestly, I'd recommend L&W to anyone! They are great! read more

I had a minor accident, I brought my car to L&W based on a friend recommendation. It was a flawless process. The job and experience was seamless. The vehicle was delayed 2 days. The reason is because they don't cut corners. They attempted to do a 4 wheel alignment and found a bent axle. That is the reason for cutting corners comment. I have had experience with this same problem and it lead to a real pain in the neck. The other shop I dealt with tried to get away without being thorough. I lost the car for another week and had to argue with the insurance co. that it was a problem from the original accident. I have been using L&W for more than 14 plus years and they are the only place I would recommend for autobody repairs, detail work and auto mechanical maintenance work (oil changes, brakes, etc..). I happened across L&W when I hit a telephone pole my 2006 Chevy 2500 HD in 2008. I didn't think the truck would ever be the same and I was right, L&W repaired it and it came out like new. I drove that truck until 2017 until I traded it in on a new truck. I had L&W detail my 2006 truck each year and every time it came out looking new. HOLY SMOKES! This places is amazing! Some freakshow hit my car from behind at a high rate of speed! Mind you I was totally stopped. He pushed me into the car in front of me, that was also stopped. He destroyed my new best friend (also known as my Toyota "electric blue" Tacoma"). I was skeptical if she would ever come back looking the same. The guy that hit me, hurt me pretty badly! But, even worse..he damaged MY BEST FRIEND! I was not happy. He even tore out her beautiful towing package that tows my other best friend "Mr. Camper". Things weren't looking too great. Well...until I got to L & W! These people were amazing! My insurance company sent Me to them. I called them and they took me that day. Told me to come right down and they would have the rental company for my rental meet me there. Talk about convenience! I signed some papers and the rental company drove me away (as I gave a farewell wave to my little "electric blue" baby) to the rental place. Exactly 10 days later, just like L & W promised She was ready!!! I went to the rental company they again, dropped me off! There she was!! Gorgeous as ever!!!! I would have never imagined...She looked better than before!!! Being she was only a little over a year old and brand new to me..I never thought she was ever going to come back the exact same as she was!! My gorgeous truck was BETTER than before. YES!!! I said BETTER. Not only did they fix my front bumper, back bumper and all the towing package BEYOND my expectations. But, they detailed my truck inside and out! My truck was absolutely gorgeous! It smelled so good inside! They cleaned my specialty mats and everything. "IF" I ever get into an accident....which I pray I don't...I will never go anywhere else but here! They recently fixed some damage on my bumper and they did a phenomenal job! Not only did they fix it in a timely manor but they also cleaned the inside of my car as if it was just detailed! I recently bought a beautiful Boston Red (yes that is the name of the color!) 2012 Hyundai Accent. I get into my "parked" car and Boom someone backs right into me!
