Synthetic oil change was more expensive, but they seem to be around the same rate as other shops around them. They also said the suspension was fine. Nothing to be concerned about. -Full Service Synthetic $86.99 -Full Synthetic 5W20 5.9 gal $11.66 -High Performance Oil Filter $3 They also have a checklist that they provide as well while checking your oil. I'll leave a picture attached. There was a jokester at the service desk that was hilarious and made me feel at ease immediately. I appreciate people like that. (The Office reference anyone??) These are not cheap. Be grateful if you get away with paying anything under $1000 for repair. Mine costed $1700. AAA worked with McNiels auto care to ensure it was replaced and paid for. Your insurance normally covers this theft under comprehensive insurance FYI. Call your insurance and give them your mechanics info. As soon as they reviewed the damage, Andrew took pictures and sent me a link detailing exactly what the extent of the damage was. I was able to review the pics myself. AWESOME TOUCH! Never have I seen an auto mechanic use technology in this way to keep their customers updated. After this, Andrew called me to ensure I understood exactly what happened and what was needed in order to repair. It took them about a week total of ordering the part and installation. I also had them do other work on my car while they waited for the part. They did a great job. Andrew was very courteous and explained every step to get my car back up and running as usual. The mechanics did a great job fixing and handling general maintenance. Highly recommend you visit McNeils for your auto needs.
