My vehicle worked prior to a routine oil change and break fluid "replacement". When they pulled it out of the bay it "stalled" they failed to mention I couldn't shift into any gears other than neutral & park - I had to get in my vehicle and try to leave before I realized it didn't just stall it no longer worked. They also came to get my keys half way through the service - how did my vehicle get in the bay if I have my keys? The person I spoke with today told me that my car has a far range of where the keys can be and the car can still be driven FALSE and I'm happy to provide proof that if you take they keys as far as just outside the vehicle it will beep and say "no key detected." I then had to pay for my vehicle to be towed to a local mechanic because the service manager informed me "we don't work on hybrids" - which why touch my car to begin with? I've now had to pay for over $2k in repairs on a vehicle that worked prior to bringing it here on top of getting my break fluid REDONE!! I will never be returning to this location if you don't know how hybrid vehicles work don't work on them. And please do send me the videos of you working on my vehicle! You'll see from the start my keys were left in the cup holder - never took them with me.

When you have an unhappy customer it is wise to try to understand their position and only their position and work the problem from that effective and empowering position, but unfortunately they seemed more interested in us understanding their position, problems, failures, and issues. In our company of 40 years we don't offer multiple excuses or try to ensure a customer understands our perspective. We only strive to understand their perspectives and needs and offer a full 100% refund to any unsatisfied customer. It is too bad Master Tech does not treat their customers like we do . He even had the spare mounted and balanced, included in the quoted price. The service was great. Jose, the sales manager, was informative, straightforward, and very helpful. It did take a while to get everything done, but that's pretty normal with most service shops and wasn't really an issue. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the waiting area left a little to be desired. The seating was actually very comfortable, with couches, and the room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. But there weren't really any amenities: no vending machines or refreshments to purchase, no magazines or other entertainment, and the television was kind of meh. I had my child with me, so having something on TV would have helped keep him entertained during the wait. That said, we managed to entertain ourselves pretty well anyway. They did have a working water fountain, although it could have been a little cleaner. Those are admittedly pretty minor, nitpicky things. A TV with local stations, something to read, or even a vending machine with drinks and snacks would just make the wait a little more comfortable, especially for customers who have kids with them. Overall, though, the service and value were excellent. Jose was great to deal with; the price was fair, and I'd definitely use Victor's Tire Shop again.

I probably would have fallen for it except this was the second time I was told this with just a low tire but last time I did buy the tires. I thought it fishy so I went to Les Schwab . I was in and out with a full tired repair at no charge and not even a mention of it not being able to be repaired! I thank Les Schwab for restoring my faith in humanity when the other large chain had proven how ugly this world can be!
