Victor's Tires - Here's a photo of my spare. It was smaller than the other tires and, as you can see, sketchy at best. This is what prompted me to start call

They even threw in a spare and mounted and balanced everything for the quoted price--$1220 out the door for 4 LT 285/70R17 RT tires. He even had the spare mounted and balanced, included in the quoted price. The service was great. Jose, the sales manager, was informative, straightforward, and very helpful. It did take a while to get everything done, but that's pretty normal with most service shops and wasn't really an issue. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the waiting area left a little to be desired. The seating was actually very comfortable, with couches, and the room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. But there weren't really any amenities: no vending machines or refreshments to purchase, no magazines or other entertainment, and the television was kind of meh. I had my child with me, so having something on TV would have helped keep him entertained during the wait. That said, we managed to entertain ourselves pretty well anyway. They did have a working water fountain, although it could have been a little cleaner. Those are admittedly pretty minor, nitpicky things. A TV with local stations, something to read, or even a vending machine with drinks and snacks would just make the wait a little more comfortable, especially for customers who have kids with them. Overall, though, the service and value were excellent. Jose was great to deal with; the price was fair, and I'd definitely use Victor's Tire Shop again.

After two months I picked up my car and had questions about the repairs done and asked Cory. His response was he didn't know he didn't work on it. He really couldn't be bothered. So I took my car home after the two months and parked in my garage. Within one day, it was leaking oil now and the power steering leak didn't get fixed. I called and they said to bring it back, but the wife who is the at the front desk was acting like I was putting her (them) out. I asked her if there was an issue with me and if I was bothering her. She got extremely defensive and hung up on me. I literally just asked the question. Anytime I called there, she had a bad attitude. I reluctantly took the car back in and left. I started feeling unsure about them and my girlfriend took me back within a few hours to pick up the car. After the phone interactions, dealing with bad attitude and them being rude or defensive to me when I asked questions. I didn't trust them anymore with my car. When I went the office to get the keys, they told me there was a diagnostics fee of $132 which was not discussed with me when I dropped off the car. They refused to give me the keys without me paying for the "diagnostic fee", and I made sure they knew I was paying it in protest. They were belligerent with me and continued to be so with my girlfriend even as I was getting my car to drive away. They went so far as to calling me a f-----g baby because I excepted some level of customer service.
