Went into to get a coat fixed. 3 small holes where the seams came apart. They told me it would be a few days, came back and it was all fixed. At home it I examined the where the holes were had to really look. They did a Wonderful Job. Only could give them 5 stars they deserve more. read more

Sup fellows, this place, horrible attitude, do not give a Fxxk about what came out after they washed it. The pants (GArmani) got colored and that lady said it is discolored for no reason. What a ridiculous response? Not even trying to apologize but laughing at us and saying we did not let she know that the color was on it before they washed it. Went here based on high recommendation from my neighbor. Had a TON of dry cleaning to do. The lady was very busy but still handled my mound of clothes with patience and friendliness. On top of it, I went to pick up my clothes yesterday; racing to get there by four (it was Saturday). I got there about 4:10 and she was already in the parking lot, leaving to go home. She saw me, though, and acknowledged me. She knew I really needed the clothes but I didn't want to inconvenience her (my fault I was late). She insisted on re-opening her store, starting her machine and computer back up and getting me my clothes.... all with hospitality and kindness. Awesome. You don't find that anywhere anymore. AND... my clothes that were crumpled up for months look AMAZING. read more

I picked up my first cleaning order from here today, three items with stains that I had been unable to get out with washing, pre-treating, soaking... Family and friends know I'm good at getting things clean but these had defeated me. They got a faint mildew spot out of one of my favorite shirts. They cleaned some stains out of a collectible tee and brightened it about 20 years worth. They got big winey-looking stains off a light-colored jacket and it looked great. Then I noticed the tag about "sorry, we tried, but couldn't get it out" and noticed a small spot on the front that is hardly noticeable. So they got the bad stain out and couldn't get the tiny spot. Big deal. The customer ahead of me had some special requests, including what was apparently a touch-up on pressing something. They didn't charge her for the pressing and were cheerful and attentive to what she needed for the 10 items she was dropping off. So far I'm impressed with their service and their attitude. I created this account today just so I could vent about terrible service and attitude elsewhere; when I thought I should write somebody a good review to balance my Yelp-karma, I was happy that they came to mind. read more

I've been happily taking my cleaning here for close to 15 years. The main reason I'm writing this review is because of the less than optimal reviews posted. Honestly I can't possibly imagine that these other people go to the same cleaners I have been going to for years. I'm treated with nothing but respect. Most of the time they round down on the bill to my benefit... so the reported purposely cheating a customer goes beyond my belief. Anytime I've had an issue, which is very rare, they've taken care of it with full professionalism and top notch customer service. I happily refer friends and family and as far as I know they are all happy customers as well. Perhaps the complaints are more an issue of some people look for problems and others look for solutions. read more
