After just one session at PetSmart, I realized it was much more of a waste of time than learning from Mike! I have spent my entire life owning Siberian Huskies. My fiance and I recently decided to get a Mini Golden Doodle and with it came stressors I had never dealt with before. Asked Michael to come to my home as a behaviorist to help remedy an issue I was having with my 110 pound german shepherd. He was starting to bark at kids and people on our walks. He was becoming suspicious of people and everyone told me he was fearful. I tried counterconditioning exercises and different german shepherd trainers, but nothing was working. It was getting worse. That's where Michael stepped in , thank goodness. As soon as he came to my home, my german shepherd loved him, he spent time going over all of our concerns, asked questions about our dog etc, and wrote out a plan for us. I have to say at first I wasn't sure if the plan would work, but I was desperate, so I stuck to it. I'm so glad I did. What a difference in our dog. Last week several kids came running up to him at the park and he let them pet him, I don't want to jinx it but it's been just a few weeks now and he hasn't barked at anyone.
