She is so patient with both my pups and has done an amazing job of training them and then me. We meet with her every couple of weeks to address behavior issues and she addresses each issue head on. Giving most of her time to the dogs and then to us as a family. But every dog is unique, and they all are different in their own ways. My dog Maggie will be 4 years old in September and was raised by a great breeder out of Spokane. But, she had issues, primary of which was a behavioral tendency to resource guard and even bite. At the same time she was affectionate with me and is extremely intelligent. Like I said, I thought I knew some serious stuff about dogs, but I was not reaching her. Sean and Marta at The Good Dog Way did a great job with Maggie, and the change has been almost unbelievable. She has retained all of her good points, and her resource guarding tendencies have almost completely disappeared. Of course, like most of us, I love my dog a lot, and am extraordinarily happy to see that with Sean and Marta's program, Maggie is becoming the best dog she can be! I can't wait to get her in the field again this fall.

My dog came back 10# less than I dropped him off and nearly died after attempting to escape the $750 kennel that they recommended we buy. The only advice I received after getting him home and continuing to have the same issue he went to training for was to crank the e collar to 80-100 and correct him that way. Shockingly, that doesn't work. Avoid them at all costs, he's got lots of fancy posts, but sure can't do anything other than teach a dog place, heel and sit. Just find a real trainer with free vids to do that instead.

He helped me with my senior German Shephard who had issues with his skin. He advised me on which methods and medications were best and was always willing to discuss options. Like 30 sec drive. I booked the initial meeting and I was in right away! I have THREE DOGS. You pull up and they come out to the car and here is what you receive: - my texts are answered right away - HAPPY, amazing staff. - quick, responsive and my dogs are eager to go into the daycare - the owner was so helpful when we had to switch our hotel again - they always ALWAYS send photos. We even got a cut in frame photo which we keep in our hotel. - the booking is super easy. - and my dogs ZONK out when they get home I WISH I found this place first. I will always utilize this daycare when we come back every six weeks and when we move back permanently. The place just feels and looks fun and attentive to your dogs. PS- during the 5 hour trial, I booked a nail trim bc my daycare is supposed to do it every 5 weeks and we noticed they were long and curled. Val and the staff actually came out and told me they took care of it and how they did so. I usually would forget which is why their nails were so long.

I had another groomer at the time but I told my friends about her and they started taking their dogs there and they loved her they said Not only did she do a great job on the grooming but she sends photos and updates while she's grooming . When she moved locations I decided I'm going to try her because I was sick of my old groomer not being reliable. My pup is shy and nervous so of course I was nervous to take her to a new spot. Tali not only made my pup feel comfortable patiently letting her interact with the other dogs she also made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was leaving my dog with family - and that is a great feeling seeing I've only interacted with her once before. Poppy my pup did so good, and the videos and pictures she sent me during the process calmed my nervous heart. And if that wasn't already enough when I picked her up she looked sooooo cute!! I couldn't believe how good she did and how cute she looked. As long as Tali is in business I will take my Pup to her, in my opinion there isn't a better groomer in the valley!

My dog is one of the sweetest and friendliest dogs, especially around people. We bathe him ourselves at home without any issues, and no other groomer has ever described him as difficult. It feels like this was simply an excuse to add an extra charge. To make matters worse, they also wanted to charge me for daycare because they said I didn't pick him up on time. I was actually waiting for a text or phone call to let me know he was ready, but I never received either. Instead, I was the one who had to call and text them to ask if he was finished. When I finally reached them, they claimed they had already texted me and said I would be charged for daycare. This entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Charging extra fees based on questionable reasons and poor communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this groomer based on my experience.

My cat also doesn't like to leave the house, but was comfortable getting a nail trim and bath! They made sure she was brushed out nicely and her nails were trimmed. Vet Tech really exceeded my expectations, they were prompt, confirmed my appointment an hour beforehand and they really know how to provide customer service and their cost was less than what I have paid in the past at other establishments. We need more businesses that cater to their costumer needs. I hope Vet Tech express continues to provide this type of high caliber of pet grooming and wish them the best of luck.

She made suggestions as to the kind of harness to use with Benny. She also instructed us how to administer treats to Benny to shape the desired behaviors on our walks.
