They have a 6 month window after the surgery where you're able to get checked and a 2 year window for any actual "enhancements" to be done. The issues never improved unfortunately and I'm now beyond the window where any additional care would basically require me to pay the entire cost for the procedure again. Their website has a page criticizing other clinics for their "lifetime guarantees", but my friend was able to get a correction done five years after his initial surgery and he had less complications than I did.
