He came to assess the work the same day I called him. When he came he laid out a plan gave me a price for the job and we agreed on him returning the next morning. The next morning he came back and went straight to work, he had everything that needed to complete the job. He ran up a wire from one of the power outlets to the newly installed box where new smoke alarm would go up. To be honest I don't understand how he run the wire up inside the wall without making small openings in the drywall. So he saved me money because he didn't had to make holes in the wall, patch it and paint. What more can one asked for. Usually it's the other way around you get a quote but by the time the job is done, you are paying an additional 30% to 50% more. With Alex I paid 35% less then the initial quote he gave me.
