Do not use the body shop at this dealership! Their work is subpar and they missed repair parts on my vehicle so I was stuck footing the bill. They are extremely slow (months) on doing repairs. The vehicle detail department does horrible work as well. They will never see any of my business again. I had other people warn me about this dealership but know I've seen it for myself. Alright first off the sales manager Mike, responded to my wife's email before the place even opened... and I'm not talking like 5 minutes before it opened I am talking like an hour plus probably closer to 2 hours. He was great you want to talk about how a car buying experience should be, this was the least amount of haste we have ever gone thru to buy a car. We live about 2 and a half hours away, and pretty much had the deal done on the Bronco before we even got there. Just sign some paper work and look over the vehicle. The sales man also took the time to set up the app for my wife and show her how to use it before closing. These, guys went above and beyond, which was a breathe of fresh air compared to what we have been dealing with trying to find a Bronco. On top of all that, this was the demo unit so technically used, and they didn't jack the price way up on it like almost every other dealership on the face of the planet. Good honest stand up dudes up in here! The experience was so good, when I decide to get a new f150 I will happily Drive 2 hours north to deal with this dealership again. I reserved a time to have my vehicle serviced. I dropped off the car and they knew I was waiting for it so they were to call me when it was done. I came back 2 and 1/2 hours later and my vehicle wasn't even taken in yet . No phone call to even tell me it was going to take longer. My husband and I get all of our cars serviced there but it will be the last time. I simple phone call would have fixed the problem . read more

Warning all persons from Texas....They don't know how to handle a out of state transfer title and tags. I had to call Tx Dmv to get the forms for them to fill out and send back with a copy of my husbands drivers license.. We bought the car 08/09/17 and still they can't figure it out..Needless to say I will download the doucments and fill them out myself..God forbid they have to do anything but get you out the door apparently ....will never do business here again.. read more

Very poor customer service. Agreed to purchase a new Mustang Mach-e with both a salesperson and manager, Mike Secules. Was quoted MSRP and agreed to move forward with credit check, etc. The following day was contacted by another manager that a different customer was interested in the vehicle and that they would no longer honor the original offer, instead adding a $2000 up-charge. I highly doubt this other customer actually exists and suspect they are just trying to take advantage of me. Buyer beware when it comes to this dishonest dealership! read more

After reading other reviews I was hesitant to go here to have my car hood repainted BUT I was very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend them. They did an excellent job making my car look new and even cleaned the inside of the car. Everyone I dealt with was very nice as well. read more

set up an appointment and drove four hours to get to independence ford- as soon as we got there, another couple was inside buying the car we said we would buy that day. manager knew that both us and the other couple were coming the same day, but didn't care enough to let us know until we were nearly there. management and staff didn't seem to care and tried selling us a different car instead. bad communication and management. read more

So, see a great car online advertised by this dealership and send an online inquiry. Hear back from a salesperson, Kelly, right away. Confirm an appointment to see the car and test drive it the following Saturday. Car had a sticker price on it that was exactly the retail price for this car if there were no dings on the body, no scratches on the hood, no broken side view mirrors, no malfunctioning stereo and not missing the driver's side door hydraulic arm, which this particular car had all of. We were paying full price, on the spot, no financing, nothing. They agreed to reduce the price a whopping $250.00. Despite having several days notice for this test drive, the car was filthy. Filthy. After purchase, they agree to clean it. We go for lunch and return an hour and a half later. It's vacuumed, spritzed with some smelly stuff so it SMELLS clean, but the dash has streaks like someone used dirty water to clean it. There is dust on the glass instrument panels and all over the back seat. Whatever. I take it home. Five days later, I go to use the CD player for the first time (it having a Rockford was one of the key selling points for me) and it malfunctions immediately. I contact the saleswoman within the hour and am told she will check with supervisor and get back to me. Next day, today, I inquire about their response since I haven't received one and I'm told "sorry, can't do anything for you". Nice service. So, I basically paid $8K for a $6K car. Sucker born every day and I guess that day, it was me. Will not return nor will I recommend this dealership. read more
