I looked for over a week to find a body shop that would take care of my Tesla. My car had gotten dinged by a careless employee and some rogue shopping carts in the Walmart parking lot. Seems most shops don't even work on them. When I did find one, the reviews were always abysmal. The ones with decent ratings I did find told me it would be almost two months before they could get me in just for the ESTIMATE!!! By the time I found Master Match, I was super bummed and on the verge of getting rid of all technology and embracing a hermit lifestyle. My hopes were low when I found Master Match online, but, the reviews were good. I called and talked to Mike and he told me they do most estimates through walk-ins and took about 30 mins, and that they might even be able to give the estimate with some pictures and an email. I took the pics, shot him the email, and I had the estimate back by the end of the day. Off to a good start. I decided to let them work on it. He needed me to bring the car in to make sure the "real life" damage matched the pictures, this was on Thursday. Everything was good and said I could bring it in Monday...only two working days later!!!! I dropped it off Monday morning and got the call it was done and ready to pick up Wednesday morning! I couldn't believe it. The work was perfect! I can't tell there was ever damage. They were super nice. Great to work with. Quick communication. What I paid was exactly the estimate. No up-charges for anything extra, etc. I'll absolutely recommend them to anyone in the future and this is where I'll take any/all of my repair work from now on. 10/10, Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. Had an F-150 that had an inadvertent encounter with a garage wall. I really love the truck and wanted to make it would be fixed and taken care of properly, so I shopped by top reviews before looking at price. I didn't want to go through insurance, because I was afraid the cost of insurance rates would be greater than the repair itself. Two things, Master Match absolutely crushed the job, and was priced VERY reasonably for good quality work, and with great communication. No email, text or call was left unanswered for more than an hour. The hourly pricing was comparable with industry standards (both for paint and body work), and the work was really, really well done. The final price actually ended up being about 10-20% lower than the same job quoted elsewhere in the area. There were a few small complications along the way through no fault of their own, but Master Match took care of that withOUT taking advantage of us. They claim to take care of the vehicles like their own, and I absolutely believe it. In the end, the price was exactly as advertised/estimated, the job was done really well done. I hope to not need any work done again, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back ourselves. They also beautifully washed the vehicle before returning it to me, which was a very nice touch. Honest organizations do still exist and Master Match Collision Center is certainly one of them! This is the second time I've chosen Master Match to get collision repair performed on my Subaru. Last year, they did an outstanding paint job on my fender and charged me LESS THAN HALF the price two other body shops wanted to charge me. Now this time I got sideswiped and I actually went through my insurance. I took the quote given to me by the body shop my insurance sent me to and sure enough, Master Match did not disappoint. EVEN WITH my insurance check in hand, Mike offered to simply buffer out the scratches for...F-R-E-E!!! Who does that?? I'll tell you who....Master Match does!!! I picked up my vehicle in the afternoon and WOW, they really buffed away all the scuff marks the vehicle that sideswiped me had left smeared across on my fender, and two passenger doors. I now have my insurance check to pay for my family's back to school needs!!! But first, I have to buy the Master Match workers some breakfast tomorrow!! As I was driving one night, a car tried to change lanes without signalling and wound up sideswiping me. The entire passenger side was dented and scraped. After reviewing different collision centers, I chose Master Match. I am very happy with the work they did and their great communication. My insurance adjuster did not always return my calls or emails, so I relied on manager Mike Leal to keep me updated on how things were going. He always took my call, never left me on hold, and I never had to leave a message for him to call me back. The car was ready when he said it would be, and it only took a few days once the parts were in. When I picked up the vehicle, I couldn't tell which parts had been replaced and which had been repaired. One door was new, one door was repaired, one wheel well area was new, and the other repaired, but for the life of me I don't remember which is which, and you can't tell by looking. I was rear ended by a semi to my 2018 Charger three days before my birthday and my car sat in the tow yard forever. When my legal time told me to look for a collision repair center for my car to be taken to I had no clue, until I searched and found Master March Collission-via all of the amazing reviews. It's in the opposite direction across town where I live but I requested here. My insurance company worked with them and the estimates came efficiently and fast because they really understood my need to get my only mode of transportation back. My car literally looked better than before it was damaged. From the first time I called, Mike ALWAYS answered my calls or called me back within the next hour. I was never left wondering when my vehicle would be finished, they were very honest from the very beginning. They took care of my vehicle like it was there own. I had a fog light replaced so they cleaned all my headlights so they would match. They told me they were waiting on the new clips for my engine but I could pick up my vehicle and had me come back when they came in. I feel like most places wouldn't have even told you and kept the clips to charge someone else for the new clips. My engine is closed, I would have never noticed if they were changed or not. Had an accident down at the beach with my hyper lab jumping up on the side of my 2022 black Siverado and left a couple 4 inch scratches. Found this shop on yelp and they had a lot of good reviews and can see why. Other places I called and stopped in at prior wanted to paint my door or they only wanted to mess with Insurance claims. Roland was very honest with me and told me he could get most of the scratches out by buffing and/or polishing. He took me right in and worked on it. When he brought it back I was blown away!!! He got rid of the scratch's and didn't want to charge. My daughter was recently rear ended in her brand new vehicle. It was definitely stressfull and to top it off her only other experience with a collision center was a very bad one. I happend to call Master Match just to help her find someone and Michael answered the phone and within 10 minutes he had earned our business! I usually take my car to the dealership collision center or big name collision centers, However I always have some sort of issue with the outcome. So I decided to do a little research on body shops and found a Master Match Collision Center on yelp with great reviews and five stars. Now I know why. I decided to take my car in for some minor bodywork. And the repairs came out amazing. So happy with the outcome no issues here. They even give you a life time warranty on the paint. Their customer service was excellent they communicated with me with updates on my repair. Couldn't ask for anything more from a body shop. I am looking for a shop to repair bottom of driver's door (damage hardly noticeable). However, apparently damage is not easily seen, done to bottom of door (my bad, made too tight a turn, ran up on a construction barrier). Also, door was not closing correctly, that WAS noticeable. Mike evaluated the damage, provided estimate. Over and above expectation, was he took my car to shop and adjusted/fixed the closing of the door issue. I'm still deciding when/where to get the door fixed. I backed into things twice with my 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 doing some pretty serious damage to the back of my truck. I also had them replace my windshield due to a rock strike on the highway. So I have been here 3 times for issues. Master Match was able to fix my truck quickly and had it looking like brand new again in addition to making sure that all the sensors worked on the back of the truck and my windshield which had a heads up display technology that they made sure was working just like it came from the factory. From the detailed description of how things would happen on the phone with Phillip, to the intake and follow up with Roland, and to the final pick up and payment with Mike. They returned my car better than when I got it from the dealer. I needed my bumper and wheel well fixed, not only did they take care of that, they cleaned my headlights which were grimy. I had gone to Toyota collision Center and it took me six weeks to get an appointment for an estimate then I had to call them for my estimate which took five more days.
