The first visit was because my lane assist wasn't working. After that, I was told the problem was fixed, but now I'm being told it's my adaptive cruise control. The frustrating part is that both of these features were working perfectly before my windshield was replaced. Now I'm being told they can't fix the issue because it's "not their department," leaving me to deal with a problem that didn't exist before I brought my vehicle in. I called AGSA and a window specialist came to my home within 2 1/2 hours. When the specialist arrived, he quickly determined that I needed a window regulator but was very kind to get the window up since it was cold outside. After buying the part at a local auto part store, I texted the specialist. He was opened to coming back to my home to repair the window; however, I was at my work location. The specialist arrived at my workplace within 20 minutes and fixed the window in the parking lot. Note: The home and workplace visits were done on the same day. I highly recommend AGSA. Professional.
