I had suggested another amp and they said you get this one without telling me why I wanted it. I ended up researching and overall the wattage is better and the receiver is better for my system but no one took the time to communicate the why on equipment. I felt like they were a better option then Best Buy install but ultimately left lacking. If I have a question today about the system i wouldn't feel comfortable reaching out with questions. These guys clearly know their craft and care about their customers! Our home is running on Control4, and while there's a bit of a learning curve at first once you start to understand what it can do it's an incredibly powerful system. Control4 essentially acts as the operating system for your home, allowing you to control lighting, audio, video, pool, climate, security, and more from one interface. So instead of juggling a dozen different random apps, Control4 integrates all of your devices and apps into a single platform so the whole house functions as one cohesive ecosystem. Ultimately, what really made the experience stand out, though, was absolutely the AHS team. Technology is only as good as the people who design and install it, and these guys were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. We spoke with several companies, both big national providers and smaller local ones, and ultimately went with Securimax. What stood out was their local presence and the hands-on approach, especially from Jack, the CEO. The installation itself was fairly involved and took most of the day, but everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Since then, their service has continued to impress. They're very responsive whenever we have questions and have been flexible in helping us adjust or expand the system as our needs evolve. Overall, it's been a really positive experience.

The panels never worked right and had a tech on several occasions and was told it was my internet that was causing the problems. Finally, after 3 years on constant issues I called to cancel the service and was informed I needed to send an email and they would cancel. No one tried to keep us as customers and resolve the issues. Additionally, 2 wks after cancelling their service the monitoring station called us 15 times saying they were receiving trouble signals. When I talked to the monitoring station, they said they had not received any information about the cancellation. If you are looking for an alarm company think twice about using Securimax. After multiply reschedules install day was arrived and a different (easier) location was selected. But could not be completed that day because of the heat. Multiply reschedules again, and John came out, completed the job. My complaint is there were pieces of equipment we paid for, but not need not were they used. And we still have not received our refund.
