George is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of painting and thoroughly explained his procedures and materials selections. George went out of his way to repair sprinkler-related water damage and sun damage which required substantial surface preparation, some board replacement and caulking. We had a large stucco patch area due to removing some plumbing under the kitchen window and you can't even see where the hole was. My wood was severely busted and he did a good job repairing it. He even painted trim portions of my garage which he didn't have to. He went out of his way to uninstall lighting fixtures and reinstall them. He painted underneath areas that were very hard to reach including on the second floor roof and underneath heavy bushes. He didn't leave a spot untouched. He also powerwashed and painted a few inches below the dirt line. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him for referrals or a next painting job! Make sure to ask for using different types of paint options. (I asked to upgrade to Evershield exterior paint and it looks fantastic).
