My little adventure started yesterday with a dripping faucet and thinking "I could do it, and I know who could help". I turned my angle stop to prepare to fix a leaky faucet and it crumbled in my hands. Sadly, the big box store sold me Shark Bite quarter valve for a hot water side which locked in place and then leaked. I could only cut it out... nonetheless my project failed a few more times and I ended up busting my wall and doing an emergency cap. Master Rooter was available to talk to me at 10PM, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Michael who was empathetic and patient. He confirmed I didnt have an emergency and told me someone would be out in the morning. The technician who arrived was professional, clean, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly fix my issue and did a courtesy walk-through on our home. He found a potential leak hazard from where the old owners used a sharkbite on a recirculate loop which could fail. They also installed the hot water heater without a pan and used the wrong valves. I didn't feel pressured to do the fix as he simply wrote a second quote and told me to call if needed. I will definitely be scheduling the next repair in addition to the hot water service as soon as I can put aside a few dollars for the repair. read more

I honestly could not recommend a company more! Everyone that I've interacted with has been beyond courteous and friendly! Alex came out this morning and cleared my mainline that had backed up, and not only cleared it, but camera'd the line to find out that it had collapsed under the street infront of my house preventing anything from going to the sewer. He took the time to show me exactly what was going on, sent me the video, told me who to contact, and also tested my toilets for any sewage leaks caused from the back up and found that it had actually leaked under my tile flooring, and he even took the time to call a contractor to come out and handle it within the hour who was absolutely amazing. master rooter and copper state work together to steal money from insurance companies, master rooter works to be the nice helpful people to reel you in and then they bring in copper state and the contractor lies from moment one and explains things in a way that makes him seem trustworthy and then he takes the entire amount of what insurance pays regardless of what repairs and parts actually cost. they treat their customers poorly and actually admit they steal the money and laughing all the way to the bank mocking you don't bother calling the office for help because the entire company all the way up to the CEO is corrupt including Copperstate especially Copperstate poor work quality as wel, and leaves cut pipes open and holes in floors that lead outside, don't care about customer health and safety! read more

On May 20, 2025 my shower had smelly water because of a backup. I went to Google immediately. I called Master Rooter. I spoke with a man who quoted a price of $140- $340. The next day a young man by the name of Steve came by. The service was fast. Steve and son was friendly, professional and very polite. He was totally competent. Both did an amazing job. My septic was flowing normally in a matter of minutes. They did an awesome job. Thank goodness. However the price was substantially higher than quoted over the phone. Although a filter, bacteria solution and risers were placed. I paid $3500. I should have called to get prices from other septic companies. I didn't expect the high price. The quality of the work was awesome. The staff was exceptional. The price was expensive. read more

I typically do not write reviews online, however this company's level of customer service made me take the time to rate Master Rooter with a 5 star rating. I had what I thought was a simple sink blockage. I looked online and found a local company that states they will clear most common blockages for $39.00. I thought that was really cheap but gave them a call. They also stated same day service. I called on a Sunday, the phone was answered by an employee, not an answering service. John was very nice and said they were busy but could be out early evening to get the drain cleared. I opted for Monday. My plumber James showed up on time, he was very clean and professional. Cleared my drain for $39.00 total. No up sell or pricing games. These guys are my new plumbers. read more

We followed Alex from another plumbing company to Master Rooter when we needed a sewer line moved for a pool installation. Alex was easy to communicate with, came over quickly to scope the line & give us an estimate & to get the work scheduled. He also worked with our landscape/project manager to ensure the line was moved out enough to accommodate the pool. They had an emergency the day they were expecting to start the project, but Alex called me right away & let me know & they still got the work done on the original timeline. I recently needed some plumbing with a kitchen remodel in my home. 2 separate calls. The office was great on the phone, very polite and helpful. They sent Ryan to my home the first time and I was very happy with the work he performed, I requested Ryan the next week for replumbing my kitchen after my countertops were installed. Installing garbage disposal, hooking up my sink and dishwasher, I've had my whole house remodeled over the last 6 years and I know how important it is when you find someone like Ryan that you can depend on and is honest. I found out that my main sewer line under my house went bad. I called these guys out and have been dealing with them a little bit for plumbing. They were able to touch base with my insurance started the job of replacing my sewer line under my house very quickly. I was dealing mostly with a gentleman named Alex. I have nothing but good things to say about this guy. This guy was awesome, he was Hands-On, answer all my questions quickly and did exactly what he set out to do. I never once had a problem getting ahold of him and if he didn't answer he'd call me back very quickly he had answers for everything. My job went flawlessly. read more

Our kitchen sink wouldn't drain. After cleaning the pipes out, using a plunger and trying everything we knew how to do, we finally relented and called Master Rooter. It was a holiday weekend so we expected a huge bill. The plumber, Parker, did a fabulous job. He had the trifecta of being personable, neat and quick. Had a leak/ flooding in my backyard during the weekend. I was not sure if it was a plumbing issue or landscaping issue. I called Master Rooter when my toilet backed up into my shower and they were here on a Sunday in less than 2 hours. Nicholas cleaned out my main line in less than 15 minutes!
