Cheap part that broke right away. Sent a replacement - broke as well. They are not selling OEM replacement parts but cheap knock offs. I actually ended up knowing more about my issue than their "tech" that misdiagnosed the problem. One CS rep there did their best to fix the problem bit at this point out of pocket for a cheap part that failed. I never leave reviews like this but all I wanted was for them to refund me for a low quality part which they wouldnt. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I have tried to call but the message states that you need post on the forum. I tried to post but I could not get signed up. This company is a joke, willing to take your money but not give you the quality part you need or the customer service expected. I do small engine repair and have ordered parts from many on-line companies and I have never experienced customer service, or lack therein, as from this company. The part I ordered failed in three weeks and I have been trying for months to get assistance. If the prices seem too good to refuse, you might consider paying a little more from a reputable company. I placed an order for a part, realized I didn't need it. Within hours of the order tried to cancel the order before it was processed and there was no option for that. Made a comment on the order and got a response. "We've already processed your order so there will be a 20% restocking fee." I was grudgingly ok with it since it was my fault. I emailed to find out what the head bolt torque specs are for my kobalt compressor and got a reply the next day with the appropriate numbers. A great help. When my new valve block came I emailed again to find out which side faces up, as nothing was indicated. They tried to help in just a few hours via email, but not definitive enough. Finally figured it out by depressing the reed valves on the intake side and determined that air could pass through, so it should work and did. read more
