Requested weeding, mulching, and trimming of shrubs, got invoiced for mulching and trimming, so that is what they did, so that's my fault that they didn't weed. Quality of work is subpar. Low attention to detail. Not great listeners even when talking prior to work being done m like when I asked them to not trim a specific section, but add mulch still. Uneven trimming of shrubs, mulch on shrubs and not under the actual shrubs. They were responsive, but that's the only thing good about them. Just wait for Olivia to respond to this with specific things like "look at your compost bin and cameras, we clean", despite there being noticeable trimmings leftover. PS. 'The Pink Guys LLC' is not a registered business in Washington state. Edit: as you can see the response from the owner. The guy didn't bring enough mulch so he spreads it thinly and then lies about what i said. Said cutting the neighbors shrub was a curtesy when I asked for it before invoice was created, but since they chose not to put it in the invoice, it's not their problem. I met with him once, then before I left to soccer practice, and asked him to trim the top cuz he didn't, despite my invoice stating he would trim. He was too lazy to bring out the ladder... I don't have your number bud.. only your wife's. Nevertheless, you definitely need someone supervising you every 10 minutes because there is a standard procedure of putting tires on a car correctly, not just hand tightening them... let my photos speak for itself... lol

Vans Landscape to the rescue! Summarizing for those that…read moredon't like to read a lot - My experience with Van and his team were great! Van was clear in communication - we accomplished a lot via text messaging; they were fast in execution and implementation and amazing in clean up. I can easily, and heartily, recommend and refer Vans Landscape (vanslandscape.org)! About my tag line - I'm not exaggerating when I lead with 'to the rescue', let me provide some details for context ... I'd previously hired a different landscaping service to do some fairly major change, cleanup and renovation work for my small space. In the end, that other landscaper's description of the work, including rendered images of what the finished product was to look like - did NOT match the result. Enter the home owner's association ... where they reminded me that what they approved and what they saw - wasn't the same. Yeah - it was so bad that multiple neighbors and the HOA 'expressed concern'. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, discouraged, disappointed. I'd just moved into my space a couple of months ago, all the hope and optimism that comes from moving into a new space, being a new home owner and looking to fit into the community. Yikes! The scope included a full spring cleanup of a heavily overgrown yard, including mowing, pruning, weeding, pressure washing, bark installation, and repairing a distressed gravel pathway. Their pricing was very much on par with the other companies I met - for that large service, as well as ongoing bi-weekly yard care. They were on time, responsive via text when confirming the verbal quote and providing additional pricing details, and overall very kind, transparent, and fair throughout the process. Even though I went a different direction for this particular project, I would absolutely feel comfortable recommending them in the future.
