I've been going to her for 4 years, I used to get my face waxed because I have PCOS and I have a lot of facial hair and she would always make comments about how I should just go get laser, and it made me super insecure. She would complain about waxing my face when I literally paid her to do her job. And then i decided to wax my own face and just get my eyebrows done by her. Today I went to go get my eyebrows waxed at around 4 PM and I understand that it can get busy but as a service provider, your quality should always remain the same. Charging $25 for an eyebrow wax and messing up somebody's eyebrows is actually insane. I don't recommend you guys go to this place. I'm definitely going to find somebody else. I shouldn't cry after I get my eyebrows done because somebody didn't do their job right. As you can see before the service, my eyebrows were grown out and all they needed was be cleaned up. You can see the thickness and the shape. And after the service, you can see how she made them look uneven. The left eyebrow it's thinner in the front and the right eyebrow arch is completely different. She also made bald spots in my eyebrows. The eyebrows look nothing alike and my face looks unbalanced. I don't recommend this place at all, if I could give zero stars, I would! never coming back and I don't think you guys should go either $25 is absurd for this quality of service.

Bri the stylist the last few years constantly cancelled and rescheduled appointments, leaving me to book at another location/ with other stylist. I'm tempted to post 2-3 years of texts messages of her cancelling and rescheduling not including all of the phone calls made by the receptionist). This wasn't for family it would be for social events, to extend her vacations or if it wasn't to cancel the actual day, it would be to move my appointment up hours earlier the day of or the day before. I'd say 80- 90% of my appointments were rescheduled/ cancelled over the last 2/3 years. Most recently I had to book with another stylist at the other location (see review) who destroyed my extensions. My new stylist confirmed the incorrect placement and the inability to salvage them. When I complained about what had happened I was told to buy new extensions at my next appointment. These still had at least 6 months of use and are very expensive. I refused to let the stylist who then tried to lie about what happened fix my hair and have me pay for it. If she had taken responsibility for her mistake I would have felt comfortable with her fixing it. I insisted for a refund for the cost of only the cut and move up (not the color, she did a good job on the color) and was met with back lash since "they don't do refunds". They threw in my face the fact I was in the hospital and had to last minute canceled (2 hours before my appointment) as I didn't contact them sooner because I was sick and unable to ( they evens called it a no show). All while failing to see how she cancelled/ rescheduled the majority of our appointments the last 2/3 years for social engagements. I had only last minute cancelled once in about 10 years. And we parted ways. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally and inappropriately. Bri had other wise done an excellent job on my hair over the many years I had gone to see her. I'm happy to say my new salon respects my time and my schedule, is consistent and the quality of my extensions is much better. It was for the best.

I had an appointment that I was running behind on and they let me know that they were going to charge my card whether I got the service or not, I was not a NO SHOW I gave my reasons 4 delay, which were not considered, on this day I had another appointment assisting elderly at a community center in another city, time got away from us but I informed that I would be upholding my appointment, as I spoke she kept cutting me off, was very argumentative she brought up text messages that I hadn't even got about a time change for me to be there earlier, I knew reasonably that I would not have been able to do due 2 prior commitments, that conversation was the worst I do not need to experience AGGRESSION IN ANY WAY from any SOULESS humans... life happens as I explained to this rude girl we can't be in two places at the same time and when unforeseen occurrences occur we have to roll with it either they accommodate the customers or respond in the kind way & offer feasible options to make experiences pleasant at their establishment we are supporting b/c WE DON'T HAVE TO SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY WHERE IT'S NOT APPRECIATED ~ RESPECTED, this rude girl chose not to, I would not suggest for any in that area to support this business just off of this experience alone that uncomfortable exchange was traumatizing for a person who is disabled ~visually impaired, I rate ZERO STARS FROM ME, to add she said that I'm not allowed any get other services in the future based off this MISUNDERSTANDING...
