We tried everything to no avail and decided to bring it back to ask them to check it. With no questions re blame or out of warranty period, they checked, reset and di everything they could to get it working again, but the piece apparently 'burned out (my words). Anyway we asked if they could install another radio since they previously installed all the necessary components. They gave us a good price on a newer model and installed it right then and there. They are an excellent company and we have decided to keep them as one of our "go-to" as they are 'great people to deal with. I promise you will not be disappointed by them. He gets to work and tries to use them and realize they were stolen. The last time we both seen the air pods was in the bag on the back seat. So yes we are 100% sure that is the last place the pods were. There were two guys at the vehicle originally. 1 was tinting and the other was standing around talking to him. Then came along a younger male about 17 years old and sits in the back seat (NOT WORKING ON THE CAR). I went back to the place and explained what happened at first they were persistent saying only two people was at the car because only two workers know how to do the tint until they ran the cameras back. Then boom the 17 year old appear in the car now all of a sudden he checks behind the actual workers to make sure they are doing the work correctly. Funny how the story changed. The workers continued to play dumb and act as if they don't know what occurred. As I was addressing the concerns with the workers some tall goofy looking male comes over smirking as if the situation is funny. I expressed to him several times to stop speaking to me. I will have the police involved. The shop is a joke. So many people in and out of your vehicle. You go there spend money and also get robbed. BEWARE !

In early October my car broke down on a Parkway. I was towed by the State Police Towing company to…read moreNorthern Boulevard and 219th Street in Queens. It was 9pm, dark and the car was un-drivable. I called AAA to tow me to a AAA recommended garage. After over 4 hours of waiting, AAA told me they had no driver available to tow me, and that I should call a private towing company. It was after 1am and I was quite nervous. I called Power Lift Automotive and the dispatcher, Rob, answered the phone. He was very reassuring and said that Justin, his driver, would be there within 45 minutes - and he was. I was still nervous because I had to pay cash and leave my car with Justin whilst I got a cab home. But both Rob and Justin reassured me that Justin would take photos of the AAA service station and of my keys being dropped into their drop box - and I received many photos and a texted receipt. Today I called to get a proper receipt to present to AAA for reimbursement and spoke to Andy the owner. What a pleasure to deal with such a pleasant, reliable and competent team of people who put their customers needs and well-being first. I highly recommend Power Lift Towing if you ever need to get towed!
