Seems to be more accessible/ less corporate than American tire and other chains. When I went to pick up the car, Mike was occupied but the guy at the counter told me I could go talk to him if I had any questions about the work.

My first experience with them was after having trouble with one of my headlights. I brought over my car & they basically adjusted a few things, had the correct bulb on hand & fixed the issue in minutes. The repair guy was just going to charge me for the bulb, but I insisted on paying them for the service despite how brief it was. The most recent issue I had was with a break-in, in which my passenger-side window was shattered & my GPS stolen among other things. Even though I'm in Queens now - I drove over to Manabi, with glass everywhere & an open window (in the rain). Not only was the repair well done, ready when promised & reasonably priced, but Carlos (the owner) actually gave me lift to the train so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain when I dropped my car off. So I said I just want an oil change and nothing more. Fine. I go and pick up my car and I notice that:  A) They placed the next oil change sticker with 2K miles more than it should have on it  B) 30 minutes later I get another call from the guy saying my oil pan is leaking and I have some other issues...and as I inform him my car isn't there anymore and picked up, he hangs up on me. Shady business practices, don't bother going here for any car issues.

Then when they pulled off the masking tape and paper to protect from overs pray,they pulled off the clear coat on both rear quarter panels and all the door handles. When they tried to repair that they tried to pop out various parts on the inside and remove both rear side windows.
