I can't say enough great things about Larry and Butch! After the work on my first bathroom was done, they started right away working on my 2nd bathroom which was a doozy. It was a complete remodel with vanity, shower AND toilet. I never used the bathroom because it was ugly so I had no idea but had a feeling it was in bad shape and Larry saw it also. He was so nice, helpful and patient with each step and each project he was so invested in making sure it was done correctly and that I was happy with it and even made so many suggestions so that I could save money on the project. I always know that there will be hidden "financial" problems that are discovered once you start the remodeling projects but Larry still kept the problems reasonably priced along with the whole bathroom remodel and worked with a great plumber who is now my new plumber! Everyone Larry works with are so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I looked forward to seeing him and Butch everyday and not just because they were doing the work but they were good people to have around. Lastly, I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom and I love using it now!!! Larry even did a follow up with me to make sure things were working right and came back to help me and suggest solutions to fix things. He kept checking until it got done and then called me after it was done to make sure it was completely done correctly. He really cares about his clients and his work and his referrals and I was so relieved and blessed by that type of relationship. I recently had my shower grout repaired after about ten years, and the entire experience with Larry's company was outstanding. Larry was professional, honest, and very easy to work with. His quote was extremely reasonable, and he didn't require any payment upfront. He clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship and stands behind his work. Once the repair began, some hidden damage underneath the tiles was identified -- the kind of thing no one could have seen beforehand. Larry took the time to explain the situation, what needed to be done, and why. Even though the job became more involved than originally expected, the additional charge was very fair and completely reasonable. His technician, Jose, handled the hands-on repair work, and the craftsmanship was excellent. He didn't rush, paid close attention to detail, and the finished result looks better than when the shower was first installed. You can tell they truly care about the quality of the final product. We contracted with Masterpiece Tile & Grout to refurbish our shower, install a new double-sink counter top, hang 2 new mirrors, install a new light fixture over the sinks, install a new toilet, and install new flooring in the shower room and and sink area. We also wanted that wonderful 70's wallpaper removed, popcorn removed, and everything textured and painted. To us, it seemed like quite a project. Larry put us in contact with Augie for the painter's tasks and then Larry and Jose handled everything else. The painter was an excellent recommendation and Larry and Jose really came through with their part. They were pleasant to work with and their competence & craftsmanship really showed through - so much so that we had them install new flooring in the main bedroom as well (not part of the original plan). We like the results! We plan to have Masterpiece Tile and Grout install new flooring in our office area when the budget allows. We are very happy with Larry's efforts and their results. Larry had renovated my bathrooms in my home 3 yrs ago and it was done so well, so when I was ready to do my parents bathroom in their home, I got in touch with him. I wanted to make it safe for them so he took out their jetted tub/shower combo and installed a low threshold walk in shower for them. They absolutely love it and the work is always done beautifully and correct. Even if he sees something that's not right, that was done by someone else, he points it out and he will fix it. He is very fair with all the pricing and he partners with great, reputable vendors. I love how he schedules the work to be done and the timeline is well kept. He keeps you informed of the progress of your project and what is coming next. He can time how long it will take to get the work done and he is usually right, and when he is not, it's usually just one day off from what he predicted. Larry Bushner and his crew at Masterpiece Tile & Grout were instrumental in helping us greatly improve the appearance (and boost the rental value) at one of two rental properties we own. The grout on the tiled bathroom walls and around the tub was old, cracked, and impossible to get clean. The large-tiled front porch had pieces that were cracked and missing, but we couldn't find new tile to match the color of the existing tile. Larry's team worked with us so he could efficiently and cost-effectively completely re-grout the bathroom walls and tub to like-new brilliance. For the porch, he artfully used a special paint to make the new tiles look nearly identical to the existing ones -- a painstaking chore that took a couple of attempts but he didn't charge us more for. Larry always has a solution, always delivers superior value for the price he charges, and never leaves a job partly done or only done "good enough." He has every reason to be as proud of his work as he is. read more

Larry and his hard worker Butch redid our walk-in shower. They completely cleaned all of the tile and grout. Then they repaired the grout, colored it, and sealed it. They put a non-slip liquid application which has markedly improved the security we feel while showering. A long grab bar was installed, which is quite useful in providing a safer shower. Two grab bars were installed in our upstairs bathroom to add security for our guests. Butch was very careful as he worked and made sure he kept the work area and our home very clean. We highly recommend Masterpiece & Grout for any issues you have with your tile, showers, tubs and bathrooms. read more
