This is a great location to stop by and grab a refreshing drink as you resume or end your day. Interior is clean and they have plenty of tables to sit at while enjoying your Boba Tea. Staff is very friendly. I've been at this location a few times since writing this review. During my first visit, a young lady staff member assisted me with my selection. She was also personable as well. I enjoyed chatting with her. I love how they offer options of how much ice you prefer along with level of sweetener. Both visits at this location, I ordered the Happy Family Milk Tea. It has a nice mixture of yummy ingredients. The first time I ordered it with mild sweetener and the second time, I ordered it with no sweetener. It's actually very good without any sweetener! I was very impressed! This will be my go to place when I stop for a refreshing beverage! If you haven't checked this place out, I recommend trying it.

We ordered 3 drinks and 1 chocolate waffle. The chocolate waffles in the pics on their website were nice and dark looking with a rich cocoa experience. What I received was a tannish waffle with zero cocoa or chocolate flavor. When my husband went back in to ask about it the employees insisted it was chocolate and so he asked if they'd let him exchange it for the original one and they said "only if you buy a new one". He said "we just wouldn't have ordered chocolate if it had no flavor, can we please switch?" And they again refused unless we purchased a different one. We also had brought it back in so they knew we weren't trying to be shady. I got a brown sugar milk tea and it tasted so watery. We also got a sparkling lychee drink and it had almost no ice and was bitter. It didn't really look like its picture either, not sure if they made it right. We got a sparkling mango drink and it was much nicer so 1/4 things was pleasant. Over all these 4 items were $32 before tax and tip and I'm so disappointed that they just do not care at all about customers satisfaction or making quality food and drinks at these prices. Probably the worst tea shop experience of my life because they don't want to fix anything if someone isn't satisfied with a reasonable request.

I'm between cappuccino or loaded latte (meaning extra shot); lately a triple latte has been my go to. My latte was made generously all the way up to the rim of the cup. And when I took my first sip, I got the instant gratification; it truly hit the spot. Cuteness is what this shop is all about. The decors throughout the store are adorable. Some goods are for sale.
