They evicted us for being 3 months behind on rent after losing work and being sick it was a very hard time. They would sit in our driveway waiting for us to get home. someone was walking around OUR gated backyard at night trying to look in the windows. They expected a woman who is home alone to open the door for a complete stranger that is aggressively banging on the door. They never sent an email saying they were trying to get ahold of us, and they never gave a proper eviction notice we were never told how many days or when we needed to be out by. The man that showed us our unit and gave us the tour was nice enough but seemed he had no idea what he was talking about and basically said that anything wrong with the house at the time of showing would not be fixed by bellville eagle realty because they are just the bridge company. THE DAY OF MOVE IN there was an issue which prevented us from being able to move in until the next day. we didn't get any type of reimbursement for that or having to find somewhere to sleep while it was being fixed. They have so many white men working there that i had no idea who was banging on my door or walking around my property while i'm home alone. One of the men came to our unit about two weeks after moving in, i was pregnant at the time and he walked up to give us a piece of paper blew his cigarette smoke right in my face basically throwing the paper at me then speeds off in his car. They are just rude people who do not care about you or your situation unless it's gonna make them more money!

She sent us listings meeting our requirements and requests regularly, would get us showings within a day or two of requesting, and was a true professional when it came to helping us make decisions. She'd walkthrough and point out issues and give us information on the water heater, HVAC, and electrical panel. We managed to find the house for us within a week and the day we decided to put in an offer she sat down with us on a Saturday evening to walk us through the best plan for putting in an offer to give us the best chances of getting the house and for the best price possible. After we went under contract she helped organize all the inspections and make our list of fixes to request to the seller (all of which were accepted). I was extremely nervous going into the home buying process but Cameron was the best person to have throughout it.

Absolutely unprofessional and would not recommend. We had signed the lease and was given a move-in…read moredate, in the lease and verbally. When it came to the move-in date, we had saw that the carpet was still ripped up and was definitely not ready to be moved in to. This was incredibly frustrating as it had said in the lease this was in our move-in date and clearly we weren't able to move in, and we had everything packed up. They told us we couldn't move in for another week so I had to unpack my stuff that I had already packed just to pack it again in a week. This was the first breach of the lease. Though, they did give us a small discount on our first month of rent. Finally after moving in, I had a little lock on the front door they had put themselves. I asked it to be taken off -- mind you I live less than 5 minutes from the office this would've taken less than 10 minutes out of their day -- and it took a week to take the lock off. My rental had 1 million problems, and we started asking them for help. We asked for the toilet to be fixed before we moved in, and they "did" and after we moved in it was still not fixed. After this we realized they were not gonna help us with the problems we had in this house. There was plumbing problems, the sink leaked (and they obviously knew about this as it was taped up and very awfully tried be fixed), we had electrical problems, just a handful of problems they knew of but clearly avoided. Then, almost 4 months before our lease ended, we got asked to have a check up of the house. I assumed this was to make sure there was no problems before they would put our house up for rent (3-4 months before our lease ends is a little weird but whatever). The lady came and only took pictures of our house and did not check anything. I asked what was going on and she said they were about to put the house up for rent... 3 months before we moved out!!! I had pictures of all the stuff in our bedrooms taken which I feel like was a breach of privacy, especially because 1. They already had pictures of the house before we moved in and 2. They never used the pictures -- they had taken pictures of everything in the house for no reason. Not sure why. As a renter I felt very uncomfortable in my own home, especially because viewings were about to start and presumably last the next 3 months. I had to lock up all of my valuables and take them out of the house. But the good thing is with crappy management, nobody remembered that the inspection happened and that our house was supposed to go up for rent. The house went up for rent a month before we moved out. Not TOO bad. Overall, they were very difficult to work with and when we had problems, nobody would answer the phones. I hadn't called once or twice, I called all throughout the day for multiple days through different months. I never had one person answer ever once. Then, once our lease ended, I had the house professionally cleaned and the carpets professionally cleaned. I had spent $200+ on this to secure my full security deposit back. When we had the walk through on the day of move out, no one had said there was any problems. So I should have had my deposit back within a week because they had already had the inspection. Well in the lease it said our deposit was to be returned within 30 days. It was well over 30 days before we received it. They lied multiple times and AGAIN breached the lease. It was supposed to be received within 30 days, it was NOT. And I did not receive the full refund as there was a 'smell' in the house. Over $100 taken because of a SMELL, which I know is not true because I had the house professionally cleaned. Besides that, we had fixed so many things wrong with the house I feel we should've gotten the full deposit back PLUS more for doing their jobs. They did not offer any compensation for breaking the contract for a SECOND TIME -- yes breaking contract is illegal! -- and giving us our refund in over 30 days. I wrote this whole review in hopes no one else will go through what I had. They are completely unprofessional and broke contract multiple times. Do not go with this company!!!!!

We moved across the country on June 4, six weeks after reporting the issue, and the gas leak was still ongoing. A contractor later told us the levels were severe enough that we were fortunate a major incident had not occurred. The owner's contractor also improperly replaced the gas line with an undersized one, according to Spire, and I was the person contacting Spire throughout the process. They let me know that the pipe the contractor replaced was 1/4th inch too small and could lead to carbon monoxide or gas buildup in the lines. During the nine months we lived there, two additional gas leaks occurred in other areas of the system. After spending over $10,000 to move and paying rent for May while the house sat vacant, Stephanie Olsen told me over the phone that "this isn't working out" and that we would need to find another place if we continued being "ungrateful." We ultimately moved out early after 10 months, and paid April 2026 rent while the property was vacant and we were in a new rental. The house itself had numerous issues: filthy vents filled with years of dust and mold, insect infestations (basement had roaches, beetles and grasshoppers) requiring extermination, and a failing sump pump system with drain flies that contributed to a very strong basement odor. The home was at times uninhabitable due to the gas smell, causing headaches and dizziness for both me and my Mom, and we paid out of pocket for hotel stays. This experience was emotionally and financially exhausting. After being threatened with eviction, do you really think I felt comfortable reporting every issue with the house? Of course not. So we financially covered multiple issues due to fear of retaliation.

( fire department had no record) We moved from across the country on June 4th . The gas leak was ongoing. The contractor hired by the owner was incompetent and replaced the gas line with too small of a line per spire. And I'm the one who contacted spire every time . We went on to have 2 more gas leaks in the 9 months we lived in this home . At other areas of the gas system. Stephanie Olsen definitely threatened to let me out of my lease in June when we spoke on the phone after I had just spent $8,000 dollars and payed rent for May( while the house was vacant). And no one would be happy with this situation. We left early and payed for April of this year while the house was vacant. This company and the homes owner were awful. Stephanie literally screamed at me and threatened to evict me on the phone until I was in tears. The house was literally inhabitable due to the extremely strong smell of gas, which was causing headaches and dizziness for me and my son. We paid to stay in a hotel. The vents were filthy with dust and mold that had not been cleaned for years. We had to pay for an exterminator due to a hornet and grasshopper infestation, a plumber for a failing sump pit motor infested with drain flies / worms, which also contributed to the basement odor. The list goes on but my point is - this was a nightmare both emotionally and financially for us. Do you really think I'm going to report every issue wrong with the home after I was threatened with eviction? Obviously not.
