They have a steady stream of customers coming through the doors all the time. I should know, I've sat here for hours waiting for them to complete service on my vehicle. This time I had an appt to fix a leaky tire - they found a nail- and a state inspection. They got to the nail right away but now 90 minutes waiting here, they still haven't started my inspection. If you consider trying them I'd suggest dropping your vehicle rather than waiting. If you're in a hurry it may be a frustrating experience. The last time I was here, I had an appt for wheel alignment. My spot was pushed back 90 minutes after I arrived. They said they were shot handed. They finally completed their work 3.5 hours later. I still trust them more than those weasels over at Dobbs though.... UPDATE- Ok, after almost two hours I'm done. The guys finished off great and were highly professional. I feel guilty for complaining. I don't believe the slow service is because of the employees. Management needs to review their staffing needs and adjust. The front desk guys and service techs are fantastic!

Tires identical otherwise. Both included protection packages and free rotations. Independent tried to sell alignment at time of quote. Plaza showed me the print out after installation showing alignment was perfect, and thus unneeded. Entire transaction was completed in less than an hour by a courteous staff. The independent would have had to order and installation would have been a minimum of a two-day wait.

Went in for a free lifetime alignment and left with $1100 of overpriced tie rod ends, but they didn't mention the other $4000 in components (upper and lower front control, arms, sway bars, rear upper control arms) that also needed to be replaced a couple months later. Another occasion took a car in for oil change that was running roughly, but I was going to work on it and did not want them to do anything about it. They called to let me know it needed $1600 for three coil packs. Right before taking it there I put a scanner on the car and I knew it needed one coil pack so I picked it up because I knew they were lying and I took it to AutoZone and put it on their scanner and it only needed one coil pack. Then I took it to a real repair shop where they replaced one coil pack and it ran perfectly.

I tried to explain multiple times that it's already been fixed so me bringing it to them really wouldn't help anything. Round and round, they just hid behind corporate policy instead of doing the right thing and giving me a refund. I guess that $150 was worth losing a customer for life.

I didn't wait too long before it was my turn. I was told which options they had. I decided on the middle tier synthetic oil since it was good for high miles. Everything went very smoothly: along with my oil changed, the air filter was checked, all fluids checked, and my windshield cleaned. I couldn't have asked for better service. I'm also super happy they have a free top-off service! That's awesome! I'm glad I chose this business. I'll definitely continue choosing this business in the future.

This time was to replace the air conditioner compressor on my car. They did an excellent job on the Air Conditioner. It works really well now. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Zane came outside immediately, checked my oil, and then offered to run diagnostic codes on the car. He took the time to explain the report, reassured me that the car was safe to drive, and--with absolutely no pressure--simply asked whether I'd like to schedule an appointment to have it checked further or wait to see if the issue happened again. When I offered to pay, he told me there was no charge. I even tried to give him a tip to buy lunch, and he politely declined, saying the only thing he wanted was for me to tell others about the business. Service like this is incredibly rare these days. I wish I lived closer, but I'm honestly considering making the 40-minute drive to have them become my regular mechanic because trustworthy, honest shops like this are hard to find. I can't recommend Master's Touch highly enough. If you're looking for a mechanic you can truly trust, this is the place to go!

We had our Toyota towed to this ridiculously bad shop after the brakes failed. A $1600+ repair…read morelater, the brakes failed again after fewer than 15 miles. We unwisely let them try again under their one-year repair warranty. Total brakes failure again within 20 miles. They offered- laughably- to try a third time. No refund, of course. Another shop fixed our brakes with none of the problems Master's Touch told us caused the repeated failures. Meanwhile, they demanded $300 to replace our battery, asked $200 for a "hard to find" license plate mount for my kid's car ($20 on amazon), and took weeks to turn over the money they got when they sold her wrecked car for us. Do not trust these clowns or their warranty.

Staff is nice and personable and had the car done before the requested time. The experience was fine until I received the bill. Over $100 for a synthetic BLEND oil change that normally costs me $65 at most with the competitor up the street. I had asked for a roundabout price for the blend on the phone and was told around $70. $100 is not near $70 like I was told. I have a full synthetic car that costs less to have the oil changed in it. Based on this I refuse to go back as every dollar counts especially in this economy.
