You can have someone write a review and you might not know that they created the yelp business for you until months down the line. I have owned restaurants for the last 10-15 years and dealt with many insurance agents over the years. Service is key for me as we constantly need proof of insurance and whenever we have a catering event, the location usually wants us to have a certificate of insurance with them as an additional insured. Plus, I own a couple of cars and a house. I met Naji a couple of years ago through another friend that had his businesses insured by him. I had him provide me some quotes for workers comp and liability for my business. His rates were very competitive and I decided to move one of the policies over to him. It's been a year since I did that, and since then, I've been very happy with the service and care that he and his team has provided. I recently moved all of my policies with him and feel extremely comfortable that if any issues arise, he will be there to service our needs. I have many issues to deal with in my restaurants on a daily basis, and it feels amazing knowing that I don't have to worry about my insurance and can concentrate on running my businesses and put my time and efforts into improving them. No issues in understanding him, and sometimes I called him to give me the 800 number so I can call and set up automatic payments, but he refused to let me waste my time and insisted that he'll set those up for me and he did.
