Matador has assisted my mother with a number of doctor visits as well as one challenging 10 hour trip from Lubbock to Boulder, Colorado through a whiteout in Oklahom. She is morbidly obese and has heart and kidney issues. Our driver, Kenneth, really went the extra mile to keep my mom comfortable and safe. Very professional and with a lot of heart. Greatly appreciate him and Matador. Highly recommend! read more

We had numerous suitcases and an adult walker, and my dad struggled to walk to the car. Ernest's kindness was an amazing. He made sure to get a sky cap and a wheelchair for my dad at the airport.
