That's exactly how I walked into this place--like i owned the room
Now, let me be real--this spot? Straight-up hole in the wall. The kind of place where the lights flicker and you're not sure if you're about to get a legendary meal or meet a ghost. But trust me--when you know, you know.
I sit down and BOOM--chips and salsa land on my table before I even blink. Not just any salsa... this stuff was hot, fiery, and delicious. My taste buds were literally dancing to the music playing in the background. And then--plot twist--QUESO. Free queso. I almost asked the waitress for a dance right then and there, but I held back... I mean, it's free queso, y'all! That's cause for a dance
So I keep it together, order my Dr Pepper, and open the menu. Nearly fainted. So many choices, I thought I was gonna need a life coach to guide me through it. But then I saw it... the California burrito. Beans, rice, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese, fajita meat. Destiny wrapped in a tortilla.
Then the plate hit the table and I froze. This burrito was HUGE. Like, "could replace a dumbbell at Planet Fitness" huge. And the price? Under 10 bucks. My hips started moving--

First bite--more hips moving. I couldn't stop. But then I realized... something was missing. The salsa. Just as I thought it, the waitress came back with refills--chips, salsa, queso. At that point, if she had asked me if I needed anything else, I would've said: your hand for this dance. I poured that salsa on my burrito and suddenly I was ready to light up the dance floor. That burrito had me catching feelings.
Chips, salsa, queso, a California burrito, and a Coke... all under $15? That's not a meal. That's a love story.
