However, this office lacks respect and professionalism I expect from healthcare providers. I had two appointments canceled due to "short staff". The first appt was canceled a few hours prior to my appointment. The next appointment, for my daughter, I showed up to be told her appointment had been canceled. The receptionist told me she was "trying to work with everyone" due to their short staffing. Then she went in back to ask if any hygienists would see my daughter. She came back and said I could wait another 40 min because "maybe but no guarantee" that someone would see her and expected me to wait around as if she was doing me a personal favor. This office has shown zero respect for my time. Somehow, I had two appointments canceled in less than 3 weeks, yet there were other patients getting cleanings? I am happy to take my business elsewhere at this point. In addition to their ridiculous scheduling issues, in the past I've received numerous incorrect bills. I have been able to sort it out with more than a few phone calls back and forth, however, I'm sure some people with less eye for detail end up getting taken advantage of.

No one had "forced" me to sign a contract as another post indicates. Nancy was inviting and through in her explanations of my coverage. She offered the practice billing options leaving me in control of the payments. The staff runs on time and often early. They always have a smile on their face and greet you by your name. Dr. Hamula has been amazing, working around the few obstacles which I presented during my treatment providing encouragement throughout the process. I can not praise the whole group enough. There are many choices for orthodontic care competing for your dollar. In my opinion, this group works very hard to be worthy of your business. They are patient focused, family oriented and as professional as they come. My outcome has been fabulous and the improvement in my overall bite has made eating a joy once again. You want your children to have a positive experience and not be afraid to go. Dr. Josh and Dr. Brick have impeccable "bedside manners." You want a dentist that not only understands their craft but also understands kids. They really do. They're both dads and know how to treat children. They are intentionally careful about what they say in front of the kids and are gentle and kind while getting the job done. They are very observant and alert you to potential challenges down the road with your kid's teeth and design a game plan for you with various options. I honestly can't say enough good about them. Just a great place run but great people. Staff from the front desk to the hygienists are terrific as well. We have gone here for braces as well as ongoing care and have always felt well cared for.

I discovered, completely by chance, a duplicate payment of over $600, where both my insurer and I paid for the same service. Even then, my refund was only $585 because I had supposedly "hit the maximum." Had I known about this earlier, I would have scheduled my son's cleaning for January instead (new policy year). I also echo the concerns others have raised about aggressive upselling. Dr. Watts and his team squeezed her into their schedule to put the Damon brackets on too. My youngest is very fearful of dentistry but had no problems with the dentist or his staff, she was actually giggling and enjoying the process. The payment coordinator also gave me a family discount and a generous payment plan for both children. This office is incredible and so are the results of the bracket system!!

Today was my first visit. I had a great experience I called this morning to establish care and they…read morehad openings and I was able to get my cleaning the same day! The hygienist Jeanette was AMAZING ! She made sure that there was never any excess water in my mouth , took her time, and really made me feel heard with any questions or concerns. She broke everything down for me in a way that was easy to understand and helpful. I ended up getting a teeth whitening system and she walked me through the whole thing. The dental room itself was so calming. As somebody with a fear of the dentist i felt very relaxed. There were videos of baby wildlife eating and snuggling on the TV the whole time ; which as a vet tech made me so happy and calm. I highly recommend them and am so very pleased with my experience 10/10.
