She has no respect for the Vet and I do not wish to use her company again. I believe the owner is Jack Ruis. He was outstanding putting everything together and explaining everything. When I went in to pick up my prescriptions Pinky (the pharmacist) was very friendly and so pleasant. Her husband was helping in the store and even asked if my granddaughter could have some candy. This is the mom & pop type of business that rarely exists anymore. I transferred all of my medications to this pharmacy because I felt very strongly I can depend on her for the medical advice I need and the personal service I want. The young lady that I dealt with on my lens prescription was very informative and gave excellent customer service. The cashier was awesome, very friendly and was chatting with us, very informative also. She checked us out and we left . We went to lunch and I went to look at my invoice and I notices it did not show my vision insurance copays. I called back to the office and spoke with a nice man, named Darrin. He got my info, looked up my account and said they did not have my insurance info in their system, he got what he needed and said he would get with the optical department. I got a call this morning, he told me everything had been entered and yes, I was due a refund and he could credit my card right then if I could give him some info. He ran the card while I was on the phone with him, told me how much everything was and this $$ was my refund back to my card. He apologized for the office's error. She pressed me further and told me that they wanted to know who is in the building, which seemed odd. So, I gave her my name and phone number. Then, she asked for my birthday. I'm more or less flabbergasted at this point, since the business is located in Orange Park, not Beverly Hills. I told her to just put down 1/1/2020. Another staff member came out to request my birthday because they want to know who is in the building. Good grief, do they have a lot of thefts in that area? I have never had anyone ask for my personal details in order to look at eyeglasses frames.

Sometimes I got some relief for awhile but within months it was worse. I got the system from good feet and within a couple of months I could stand all day without fatigue plus, I never realized how much my feet actually hurt until they didn't! I went to my appointment and it was packed. I was there before my scheduled time and checked in…read morewith one of the employees. I stood against the wall for about 20 minutes before I was given the papers to complete and led to a different waiting area. In all, I waited for about 30 minutes. There was no consideration of my time, not enough to let me know of the delays/wait time then give the option of rescheduling. I was told that the appointment would take about 45 minutes when I called to set the appointment. That was fine since I was on my lunch break. It's a good thing that I stopped by yesterday to pick out frames ahead of time or else this would've been much longer than the hour and forty-five minutes this took. I had placed a pick up order as well for 1pm but didn't get it until 1:30! I mentioned the lack of transparency and someone who moved like a manager or team lead (Kenyatta) immediately stated that she couldn't control people calling out. I agreed but what she could control was letting people know that they were short staffed, inform of the delay, then provide the option of rescheduling. My head was hurting from my eyes being dilated and the amount of time that I was going to have to make up at work. I was glad when I was able to pay my bill and leave.
