I was visiting with the person behind the counter and I started to pick up real quick that this person had skin in the game and a passion for baking cakes, cupcakes, pies, and she added that she could make any dessert that a person could want. I am well aware that the most important ingredient in any kitchen is passion. It is apparent that they are buying in bulk! She told me that she will be making a lot of pies for Thanksgiving, pretty much any flavor that you could want. Custom cakes are the specialty.
