I thought finally I had a good one although she doesn't have a clue as how to price a property and like most others wants you to sell low so they can get that quick commission and move on. So, as usual they want lots of money for very little work. They also want you to give them leads etc. etc. etc. money ,money , money it never ends! Anyway, she was either too lazy or too incompetent to proofread her own contract . After we got all the kinks ironed out I was looking it over preparing to sign and the very first thing I saw stuck out like a sore thumb..... there are 2 houses 2 storage, and a well house on the property that I am selling and she only had one house listed on the contract. That right there is a huge problem in my opinion. She won't even apologize or give a reason. Apparently it's no big deal to her. All she is worried about is that huge commission..... which she will never see! Way too many people in this industry who have no buisness being in it in my opinion Wow! In reference to your reply what a crock! Rachel not only discussed this I don't know how many times but also went to the property twice. Including Sunday morning when she sent me a video clearly detailing both homes. It is also clear on the tax roll that there are 2 homes +on the property. When I told her I found a mistake on the contract she acted like it was a common thing and didn't even want to look. She asked me to tell her what's wrong. Looks like you're trying to be the bully now fellow. I will not tolerate dishonesty and bullying from anyone and you might have over 1000 good reviews but you have plenty of bad ones too! . Next time why don't both of you accept responsibility for your mistakes instead of trying to act like it's not. Of course I don't know why I would expect y'all to do that.
