If you are looking for an orthodontist, you should come here 100%. Before Dr. McClure, my kid was going to a different orthodontist in Arcadia for an adult tooth that never came out. I am not sure what the issue was there (e.g, lack of care, expertise, or knowledge), but after 1.5+ years of treatment and wasting lots of money, there were no improvements or changes at all. We were also told that it could take 4+ years! Besides the unprofessionalism in the office, both the doctor and the staff were just not good at this Arcadia clinic. Frustrated with the treatment, we were highly recommended to see Dr McClure by our oral surgeon. OMG. It was a night and day difference. The entire office is very polite and professional. They make sure that the patient feels comfortable. Dr Kaitlin is very knowledgeable and actually cares about the patient. She takes her time to explain everything and answer any questions that we have. As proof, after less than 4 months of seeing Dr McClure, we already saw a dramatic change in my kid's teeth. And after less than 1 year, we are almost at the end of the treatment. My kid also likes this clinic a lot more. Again, you should definitely come here if you are looking for an orthodontist. My two kids have been treated by Dr McClure for the past year. The doctor and staff are amazing and make my kids feel comfortable during each visit - they LOVE going to their appointments. Scheduling their appointments has been easy and we are seeing great progress. We've had a couple instances when a wire got loose or a bracket came off and the staff is great about squeezing us in to get it fixed right away. I'm not a regular Yelp reviewer, so this is a long overdue review--but I really wanted to share my experience. Dr. McClure is honestly one of my favorite doctors. Unfortunately, I don't get to see her anymore now that I've completed my Invisalign treatment in 2024. I really miss her cozy office and friendly staff. She's professional, thoughtful, and truly cares about her patients. After my very first visit, she even sent me a handwritten thank-you card--which was such a nice personal touch. Throughout my treatment, everyone always made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions before I left, and they kept me well-stocked with all the supplies I needed. My appointments were always on time, with no more than a 5-minute wait. I had absolutely no complaints during the entire process. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Kaitlin McClure Orthodontics! Not only is the office beautiful and clean, but they have state of the art equipment that other offices often lack. I went into the office to get whitening trays, which were done using a camera to create the impressions instead of the old school trays. The trays were made in a timely manner and the office offered numerous whitening options, even for people with sensitive teeth like myself. It's my son's final day for braces and I just wanted to say that I highly recommend McClure Orthodontics. The entire process from start to finish has been smooth over these few months for us. The office is so calming (very clean as well) , the entire and I mean ENTIRE staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The wait times are low. I do want to point out when we first began this process at consultation no one was pushy about services and let us take our time to decide when WE would like to begin. Nothing but great things to say about Dr.McClure and the staff. I went in for a consult, and was given a few different option for my teeth, and Dr. McClure explained the pros and cons to pursuing each treatment. We landed on Invisalign for my upper and braces for my lower. She said it would be about 20-24 months, and just got them off at about 21 months. Every appointment started on time, and the office moves very efficiently. They have the state of the art equipment and chairs. I think everyone in the office worked on my teeth at some point, and they are all great. I don't regret this decision for a second. Just a follow up to my previous review. I had started with Dr McClure before moving moving from California to Texas. My Texas dentist worked with Dr MClure to coordinate my Invisalign with a procedure I needed. I returned to California several times to see Dr McClure. Today I saw my Texas dentist and hygienist, they both commented on how beautiful my teeth look and what an excellent job Dr McClure did. Thank you, Dr McClure, and staff. Dr. McClure is awesome! We went to a couple of orthodontist for my daughter and hands down McClure is amazing along with her staff. She's informative with the treatment options and is open to questions. Her and her team work to build relationships with the parents and patient. They take an interest in their patients and are very supportive and positive. They are have beautiful office which makes the experience even more pleasant in addition to the quality care provided. My son just transitioned to a retainer and we are excited with the end result. She also offers a hooray treat to the patients for a job well done. It's a cute candy cart and the patient is allowed to fill the bag, parents also receive a small bottle of apple cider! Overall her and her team are amazing and always very accommodating and helpful. I am a patient from a different orthodontist, and I have had an issue with a poking wire on my braces, making it extremely painful to eat. Unfortunately, my orthodontist was closed that day. Dr. McClure and her team were able to fit me into their schedule to adjust my braces, clip my wire, and give me special mouthwash to take home to help heal the area in my mouth. If I could go back, I definitely would have chosen this orthodontist over my current provider. Dr. McClure and her team are incredible! We initially went to a different office for my 10-year-old's orthodontic treatment, but they made a significant error, resulting in the wrong oral surgery being performed on my daughter. She faced a long recovery and was very traumatized. That's when we decided to switch to Dr. McClure's office. I called ahead, explained the situation, and mentioned my daughter's anxiety and hesitation about continuing with braces. The entire team was exceptionally kind, patient, accommodating, and reassuring. Dr. McClure thoroughly reviewed every scan and note in my daughter's file before our first consultation and came prepared with a detailed game plan and backup plans. During the meeting, we felt immense relief and care. It's been a few months now, and my daughter hasn't felt anxious or scared once after visiting this office. I highly recommend going to Dr. McClure if you are looking for an ortho!! She is is patient, kind, and thorough. I've been living with TMJ for years and have tried so many different pain management techniques from physical therapy, drug store mouthguards, and Advil. Nothing seems to work long-term. Dr. McClure assessed my TMJ and made a mouth guard that also serves as a retainer. It's thin so it is much more comfortable than the drug store ones which just made my TMJ worse. My older two children were patients of the previous orthodontist in this space, and I was disappointed when she retired before my third child started orthodontics. I could not be happier that our family is working with Dr. McClure's office. She is warm and kind, and her staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. McClure updates me at the end of appointments regarding my child's progress and any upcoming changes, and the office communicates extremely well. We will be finishing braces ahead of schedule as well! One important thing for my family has been my child's gender identity issues, which can sometimes be a challenge for providers knowing how to respond.
