Dr. Luu is one of the kindest, most professional, and gentlest doctors we've ever met. We signed our treatment contract in August 2024, and every part of the process met or exceeded our expectations. My daughter, Jasmine, would frequently come home with extra rubber bands and other little items she needed, and we were never charged extra or surprised with unexpected fees or add-ons. My daughter just had her braces removed, and the results are fantastic! We had been a little worried about possible discoloration after treatment, but there was none at all. Her smile looks beautiful. Looking back, the only thing I wish we had done differently was purchasing the extra set of retainers at the discounted rate they offered. We decided not to at the time, but if you're given that option, I'd recommend taking it--it's nice to have a spare set just in case. Wonderful service, an amazing doctor, friendly staff, and a truly positive experience from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Luu to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Sometime last winter I decided that I wanted to do Invisalign with an actual provider after getting pretty subpar results from online aligner services. My dentist actually recommended Primrose Orthodontics, so here starts my little self-care journey (teeth edition). Dr. Luu and team were great from the very start, from scheduling to actual care. I was ready to drop a pretty penny that was just hanging out in my HSA, but Dr. Luu was transparent and offered me a lot of options and actually recommended I go with the faster and less expensive option since I just needed refinement. Beyond excellent patient care and prompt communication, prices are affordable and I felt like the team spent a lot of time making sure all my questions were answered. They were even accommodating when I told them I had to move some stuff around my HSA before proceeding. Called Saturday morning, immediately was offer to come in to see Dr. Easy to do walk in, very welcoming staff. I came in to repair a bonded wire metal retainer on my bottom teeth that I got done in Minnesota about 7 years ago. The glue and metal was damaged from wear and tear / chewing over the years. I loved their transparency, open honesty in their work. The staff are all patient to explain the process and let you decide if you want to move forward. Primrose was one of the rare few offices open on Saturdays so save yourself time calling a bunch of other offices and come here! Affordable prices, prompt service and kind staff from front desk to techs and Dr Luu. The space is airy welcoming clean, air purifier in every room and smells like amazing of an aromatherapy space. I was able to get an invisalign bottom clear retainer impression for future proofing and extra added assurance on top of my bonded retainer repair. All within one hour which is fantastic as their office is well staff and works efficiently. Their paperwork are all very organized, easy to read and they give you a folder of the records to take one. They work with kids, adults and speaks Chinese as well. 10/10 would absolutely recommend them! read more

Primrose has a very great office, staff and doctor. They will take their time to help you and figure out a plan for you. Staff will always be smiling to see you and the doctor as well. All amazing and I enjoyed my time doing my treatment. They helped give me the best smile I wanted! They are very gentle when it comes to changing wires if you have metal braces. Talk to you clearing on what you need to do in order to finish your orthodontic treatment, well and on time. We visited over half a dozen offices for consultations for my son and ended up selecting Primrose. Their office is newer/clean, staff were friendly, and their quoted price was the most competitive of any other office (nearly half of the highest proposal). The only minor down side is that they are not opened a few days a week, but the staff is responsive via text and will reach out if they see that they missed a call, so it's manageable if you have an urgent need or need to schedule/reschedule an appointment. Our middle-schooler daughter just had her first appointment with Dr. Luu to start the Invisalign process. Dr. Luu seemed very current with the latest orthodontic options and has an impressive educational background as well (UC Berkeley & USC Dental). After a discussion of several options, we decided between Invisalign and Spark (which are like the 1a and 1b in tray-type options). Our Invisalign aligning trays were ordered same-day after our initial 3D scan, and we expect to start the process in the next week or two! My wife and I are both healthcare professionals and we were happy that we decided to go with Dr. Luu as he is caring, professional, and provided us better pricing than several other SGV Orthodontists we had consultations with. There is a waiting area with comfy chairs in the front and the restroom in the back was nice and clean. We parked right across Primrose in the large public parking lot where there was plenty of free 2-HR parking and entered Primrose Orthodontics from the Las Tunas side.
