This is one rather cavernous room filled with couches, tables, beds, rugs, outdoor furniture. All very decidedly neutral. Prices are marked down but still pretty pricey. Still, the furniture was in very good condition and available (no waiting). I think RH furniture is well-made and quality. They had pillow covers and towels but I didn't see all the other furnishings and accessories at the other stores. I'll come back when I have something specific in mind to purchase.

We had them delivered via a third party company that they recommended and that company was on time, and reached out to share their feedback before they moved the furniture which was greatly appreciated. Overall we are very happy with the selection we made.

I loved two of their sofa pieces with movable backs and the flexibility on customizing it. Prices were competitive for the european contemporary style. The downstairs area had sale pieces too. I got a different sofa from elsewhere, but this place was on my top 5 after looking at about 30 stores.

After waiting 14 weeks for these cabinets, we received this incredibly cheap looking product. The craftsmanship is terrible (see pictures) as the doors don't even align with the frame (note, 2 cabinets were over $1,500, you wouldn't think they looked like someone made them without tools). We instantly told them about the issue and their response was basically "sorry, you ordered them". These were not custom but simply a standard order for merchandise from their vendor yet they refuse to stand behind their product or recommendation and accept a return. Wasted lots of time and money dealing with this awful situation. Disreputable business.

Donna was the first pro that we heard from and she should have been the LAST!!! We received the quote from the other company and the price they quoted us for two rooms was more than Web Decors quoted us for our entire first floor. I could not believe that there would be such a huge price difference in two different companies. Not only was the price for two rooms through a competitor more than all the work that Donna did but the other company did not quote us the wood shutters which were the most expensive part of this project. Donna is very good about communication and getting back to you very quickly on any questions that you might have. Her and her installer Brad are both professional and will let you know if there will be a delay. We were told that the install would be hopefully completed by Christmas and it was. We COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the window treatments that Donna helped us pick out and that Brad expertly installed. Our house is 100 years old and we were a bit concerned that the wood shutters would look natural as extensions had to be used to get around the windows. It looks as though these were a part of the original house. We have had guests over who remarked on how beautiful the treatments look and how natural they fit into the room.
