Received confirmation in writing (text message from sales rep who I spoke to on the phone also) of a range for value of the vehicle pending their inspection. It unfortunately lost a $10 relay in their parking lot during inspection causing a temporary starting issue but that was promptly addressed and the vehicle subsequently ran great. They made a final-offer $1800 below the low end of the range *committed in writing* (text message) but couldn't tell me anything wrong with the vehicle and would not honor their commitment. This was a 1.5 hour drive each way. Don't waste your time and effort on a dealership that practices dishonest sales like this.

No word for a week, so I called to see what the status is and they told me they never had me down for an appointment. Off to great start, right? When I shift into park and turn off my truck, the radio stays on and a light comes on "shift into park" Now..... Run around I got..... Several days (47) in total. This guy is sick, or we are waiting on parts, or we don't know how to fix it, waiting for GM engineering, vacation, and on and on. Finally got the call my truck is done! Mind you I've been paying for a rental call this entire time. I pay the $8,800 and head home. The next morning I test it on a trailer, PROBLEM STILL THERE! I turn my truck off, PROBLEM STILL THERE! I had an appt there to have the gps box removed I towed the vehicle there because of bad plates and a slight cooling leak my appt was at 9am I pulled the car off the tow bed and infront of the service bay I saw the mechanic that was working on the car handed him the key he drove the car away I sat there for 3 hours waiting in the lobby finally after 3 updates the manager stated that the car would not run because the key was bad! The key was fine when I gave it to him the manager said it was a bad key but when I talked to the tech he told me the car wouldn't start after he took the box off then they key problem happened after words! So long story short they damaged the vehicle after they removed the gps box cut off unit then lies and tried to cover it up by breaking the key! Then after I confronted them about it he told me the car never ran or drove and why did I tow it up there I guess the car magically teleported from the tow truck to the bay absolute scam artist! I have the car now with a partner shop to see what wires they messed up taking the gps unit off absolutely avoid this place like Covid predatory scam artists! The second was literally .6 miles from Century! We limped it over, my son detailed what was happening, and the guys at Century we're unbelievable! They sent two techs and the service manager out to see what was going on! I think they sensed our desperation as school and an important business connection were at stake! They brought it in, diagnosed the problem, drove to get parts they didn't have in stock and went to work! ALL on a Friday afternoon! 4 hours later the Jeep was as good as new!! They were incredible!! We were treated to great conversation and Mid-Western Values along the way! We are so thankful for their level of responsiveness and genuine concern!!
