It unfortunately lost a $10 relay in their parking lot during inspection causing a temporary starting issue but that was promptly addressed and the vehicle subsequently ran great. They made a final-offer $1800 below the low end of the range *committed in writing* (text message) but couldn't tell me anything wrong with the vehicle and would not honor their commitment. This was a 1.5 hour drive each way. Don't waste your time and effort on a dealership that practices dishonest sales like this.

The salesman told us it had the balance of the manufacture warranty on it so what could go wrong. We started having an issue with the Jeep so we took it in to Lou Fusz and had them look it it. We were told that the vehicle was bought out of Canada and had NO warranty on it. I repeat NO warranty on it. I should have went with my gut but I didn't. So I have a vehicle with no warranty on it. The key was fine when I gave it to him the manager said it was a bad key but when I talked to the tech he told me the car wouldn't start after he took the box off then they key problem happened after words! So long story short they damaged the vehicle after they removed the gps box cut off unit then lies and tried to cover it up by breaking the key! Then after I confronted them about it he told me the car never ran or drove and why did I tow it up there I guess the car magically teleported from the tow truck to the bay absolute scam artist! I have the car now with a partner shop to see what wires they messed up taking the gps unit off absolutely avoid this place like Covid predatory scam artists! I told him I would not argue over his price, my only stipulation was how much I got for my trade. I sent him videos and photos of my trade, along with the VIN. I said I would be more than fair on my asking price. After he seen my vehicle, he agreed my price was fair, he also agreed to give me that price. I told him I could not make it in until Saturday morning. He said "well there's two days before Saturday, I could sell it before then." I asked if there was any other interest in the vehicle, he said no. I offered to pay a $5,000 deposit over the phone, non refundable of course. He said no. I offered to bank wire transfer to full asking price. He said no. He kept coming up with excuses NOT to sell me the vehicle. I asked to speak with the owner. He said he was not gonna allow me to speak with him. At that point, I said the situation felt shady. He lost his mind at that point and became extremely rude. That was when I said I think I'll be better off shopping elsewhere. The entire conversation I was calm and respectful. Tony absolutely was not. I've noticed a trend from Mike the owner replying to reviews. If you read any, you'll agree. I'd advise maybe having a discussion with Tony on how he handles customers. I explained I'm in the decision making process and plan to purchase by the fall. Pete (salesman) helped me and was very nice. He showed me both vehicles and when I asked to test drive them he replied "let me go get the keys". This is where the good experience ended. Brian (the owner) came out and talked to me about both vehicles. Seemed polite but he explained he doesn't let anyone test drive them until we sit and talk numbers, finalize them, then test drive to make sure the vehicle is satisfactory to what we talked about. So I come in looking to purchase a vehicle thats upwards of 100K and you wont allow me to test drive the vehicles to help my decision making until we finalize numbers?! This seemed very untrustworthy and disrespectful. Because of this owner I will not be giving this dealership my business. I highly encourage everyone to be cognizant of who you're giving your business too.
