And cutting the 60 minute massage down to 50 is almost pointless, that's barely enough time to get through the basics. If they had just raised prices a bit I could have lived with that, but cutting the actual time changes the experience in a way you can't make up for. It feels like the people making these decisions have lost sight of why customers actually come here. You're paying more for less, which feels like a disrespectful move toward customers who have been coming here consistently.
