I have to say that he was heaven sent. I was in pain for days working with my current dentist ( who did 2 rt canals next to 2 rotten roots-make any sense) I was sitting in my local emergency department for the 2 and time in 24 hours with them yelling at me telling me" looking in the yellow pages you wouldn't go to an obgyn for a broken arm. Mine you this is our emergency department. My whole roof of my mouth is abscess, I can't eat, swallow, sleep, I am vomiting from all the motrin an Tylenol I was take. So I used my smart phone while this p.a. want a bee doc is screaming at me long store short I can't remember exactly what I typed in but Dr. C name came up with a call button. So I hit it called left a desperate message crying the pain is so bad. Its Saturday night 10:15 an Dr. C got back to me within 15 mins made an apt for me @8 a.m. Sunday morning. I will tell you his office was an hr away I live in mass had to g.p s. My whole way there and back. Yes I had to pay some but it was so worth it. I new as soon as I got there that he was the man that was gonna help me. And his assist was so helpful and comforting. They saved me from an unnecessary $4,700 surgery... truly honest, caring dentist!!! After leaving Aspen Dental in pain and frustration from being quoted over $4,700 for wisdom tooth removal, I called Dr. Clemente's office in a panic. Despite it being Columbus Day (a holiday) and me being a brand-new patient, Dr. Clemente's staff immediately fit me in for an emergency appointment that same day. Everyone I encountered, from the receptionist to the assistants to Dr. Clemente himself, was kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. My first experience with Dr Clemente was about 25 years ago. I had been diagnosed in my early twenties as having migraines and had suffered for years. I had also been hospitalized a few times for them. I always thought the possibility in the back of my mind that my migraines might be caused by my wisdom teeth, as my teeth were large and crowded. One night - riddled with insomnia- I found Dr Clemente in the yellow pages (dating myself here!) it was about 1:00 in the morning. I called in tears explaining my situation and how I had had a 3-day long migraine and asked if it was at all possible that it was being caused by my wisdom tooth. He asked how long it would take me to get to his office and he met me there in a about an hour. Extracted my wisdom tooth in the middle of that night - and I never had another migraine again (knock on wood!) What has prompted me to write this review 25 years later was that this year- on Thanksgiving eve- my best friend developed an excruciating tooth infection and after calling EVERYWHERE he called me to tell me about his plight. 5 minutes later I called Dr Clemente and he had his surgery booked for the next day on THANKSGIVING morning! Dr. Clemente is an amazing dentist. If you're looking for top notch care and sick of dentists ripping you off and telling you, you need things you don't, he's your guy. He is honest and fair. I started seeing him about 11 years ago when he removed my wisdom teeth. My teeth were impacted, and even so, surgery was a breeze. Their team was so gentle. I even felt good enough to sing at a family event that night (against the doctors recommendation). After that, I started seeing him for regular cleanings. A prior dentist had told me that I had a cavity and needed a filling. Almost 12 years later, my tooth is still fine. Dr. Clemente doesn't bs you, and the hygienists are so friendly and gentle. They also put in my braces. This was a life changing experience for me as someone who went 23 years with crooked teeth. My teeth couldn't have turned out more beautiful. Dr. Clemente is brilliant. Plus, everyone was so fun and friendly that I literally looked forward to my trips to the dentist to get my braces tightened. DR. CLEMENTE was absolutely AMAZING. The entire staff was helpful, comforting, and friendly. I had never been there before and for my first appointment they got me in promptly as I needed 2 teeth pulled that were severely decaying; they also mentioned if I was in any pain to call and they would get me in within 24 hours. My original appointment was just for a consult, upon arrival they told me that they were actually going to do an emergency extraction of my two teeth that same visit, otherwise if I had waited as little as a couple more days I would be in the hospital with a severe infection/sepsis. They had it done in about an hour MAYBE an hour and a half. I did not feel any pain whatsoever.. After having a TERRIBLE and DEMEANING experience at the last place I went, which is the dentist mentioned in further parentheses- who knew this and let me go ANYWAYS, (Adirondack maxillofacial surgery on plank road in Clifton Park, older dentist gray hair I believe the name was PRECERUTI) I was lost and not sure where to go. After many years of anxiety about my wisdom teeth, I went to Dr Clemente. I was seen immediately. Mike as well as Dr clemente and ALL of his staff were beyond amazing! After being seen by another local Oral surgeon that insisted I needed to be put under, I got a second opinion from Dr Clemente I felt extremely comfortable and chose to have him perform my extractions. He and his staff wasted no moves, they got me in today, and I feel streamlined the entire process. I was very anxious, Dr Clemente assured me it would be quick, precise, and painless. He was absolutely correct! If you are nervous and/or scared, there is no need to be!!! I had 4 wisdom teeth and 1 molar removed this morning and I had no pain during the procedure and still feel fine hours later. I've been a patient of Dr Katie, Dr Clementes' associate for a while now and always been very happy. Today my adult son arrived from Philadelphia to see us on his way to Florida for the winter. The dream life of a golf caddy! Of course no dental insurance and a raging toothache . Why is it parents work hard to take care of their children's teeth but the minute they age off the dental insurance they think brushing is enough. I called Dr Jatie and her day was full but the receptionist checked with Dr Clemente and he said "have him come right in". He saw Matt, handled the infected tooth and a couple others with dignity and respect and the utmost professionalism. On top of that , knowing he had no dental insurance Dr Clemente only charged a very reasonable amount. Dr.Clemente and his staff are phenomenal. if you are suffering and in pain, he gets you in on the day you call !! He has helped me and my family numerous times and we live an hour and a half north .I stupidly went to a dentist closer to home and Dr. Matt had to fix his mistakes and give me an emergency root canal on a front tooth and I didn't even feel the needle going in.. he also fixed a broken tooth the same day quick and painless .I cannot thank him enough. He's the only dentist I will trust to do any work in my mouth from now on.. he actually cares about you and your teeth. He's not just about trying to get your money.. so many dentist don't care if you're in pain and suffering they make you wait weeks to get into their office even if you're a regular established patient not Dr. Matt he truly cares about your pain and suffering. So grateful for this office and Dr. Clemente. After being given no reasonable option from another local dentist (wait till November in excruciating pain or pay 6k), I immediately searched for a solution and was referred to this office by 2 people; family and another office. They got us in the day of. My boyfriend had just went in for a tooth extraction, he was well cared for, the procedure went nicely, & was very timely. $500 total. He is now doing very well, and we're scheduled for stitch removal in a week. I didn't get to meet Mr. Clemente myself, but I've been told he was very nice; just needed a bit of warming up and association. Went to this office because I had horrible pain in the left side of my face, couldn't chew or talk much at all. they Took an X-ray and Dr Clementes assistant suggested it was a wisdom tooth on a nerve causing my pain. I overhear him dismiss it and tell her that he didn't want to do my surgery if needed because he was already too busy. Then asked if my financials were in order multiple times. Proceeded to tell me that it was tmj and then tells me to loose weight and get a life coach because tmj is caused by stress. took no time to see what the problem actually was and just sends me out. Turns out it was a cracked tooth that's being removed, he could have saved me 3 weeks of pain if he did his job. This guy is a JOKE. go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. I will say as I was reading some of the comments I was disappointed to see people not understand Dr. Clemente. He went to school with passion, dedication and is a true health warrior! His heart is always in the right place. He is funny and genuinely a great Doctor! He actually cares about us and our health! He has saved me so many times over our history of my last 30 years! I was told by Brunswick dental Hoosick Street in Troy (Walmart Plaza) on Friday 5/8/2020 to come between 8:30am-1pm the next day which was Saturday to get help with an emergency. I even verified that they would be open because it is Saturday, the lady on the phone confirmed they would be and they opened May 4th for emergency services only, including Saturdays and gave me instructions like, wear a mask and come alone. I get there at 9am on Saturday and the doors are locked. I was I so much pain. I called around and Dr. Clemente answered his phone and told me to come right in. I needed to get an extraction and that was by far the least painful extraction I have experienced. I have been in so much pain and Dr. Clemente really came to the rescue Saturday. A renewal of faith. As someone who manages adrenal insufficiency, any stress on my body needs to be managed by me through specific steroid dosing. Where most dentists are afraid to work on me, Dr. Clemente and Darcy were quick to welcome me with an emergency visit, and they truly listened. Medicine is a collaborative effort, and for the first time since my diagnosis, 8 years ago, I was heard. I had two teeth extracted and was on my way out in less time than it took me to arrive at the office! I came to Dr. Clemente with excruciating pain in my lower wisdom tooth. After seeing my regular dentist I was told I needed to wait for a surgical appointment (a couple of days until their next open appointment.) The pain was unbearable and I couldn't wait. I was referred to Dr. Clemente, who saw me right away. Within an hour the tooth was removed without any trouble or pain! I cannot imagine having to wait a few more days for an appointment. His team of assistants gave me the proper knowledge on how to take care of the wound and properly heal. 3 days later I am pain free and so relieved that Dr. Clemente and his team were able to help me right away!! read more

I had an infected molar and my dentist tried but could not remove the tooth. I was in a lot of pain so he suggested that it should be removed by an oral surgeon. My wife and daughters called several area surgeons but no one could see me for at least 2 weeks until we contacted Dr. Clemente. From the first phone call to the office every one and every thing went great! I was seen the next day and Dr. Clemente extracted the tooth in minutes with no pain.
