Mr R, Thank you for taking the time to "thoroughly review"…read moremy case. I guess "extremely communicative" with me has a different meaning for you. Edit: Rosenstein Law Group's interpretation of: "multiple in-office meetings and even more telephonic ones" .........2 phone calls.............. (Call log attached) With your "thorough" review, did you happen to notice how many times I asked to be provided with the body cam footage that you had obtained? Did your review show if that was ever provided? My point exactly. I was sitting in the court room myself. I am fully aware of the judges' comments and verbiage. If you believe it was more than the officer not showing showing up, you would be mistaken. That is the sole reason the case was thrown out. I have wasted enough time explaining facts to lawyers and attorneys. If you truely cared about truth you can start by looking in the mirror and quit lying to yourself. If you can lie to yourself, then clearly you can lie to anyone else. Have a great day. -Eric Williams

First, the music as I waited to speak to an attorney, about my loved one, who is facing very…read moreserious charges, is rock music. Don't get me wrong I love rock music just as much as the next, but I had this guitar solo blasting in my ear as I waited. I turned the volume on my phone all the way down and you could still hear it from across the room. When the line was picked up, it was a man I didn't catch his name. He began to ask me questions surrounding the case(s). The moment I began to answer or put any input into the things he was saying/asking he would loudly cut me off or talk over me and on to his next subject. I am very aware of the number of years my loved one is facing and he was not sensitive to that in the least bit. The circumstances are a bit complicated, long story short we already have an attorney, my loved one received new charges and his current attorney wants the total cost up front to take on the new cases. We just can't afford it. So, we have been searching for alternatives. He explained to me that it doesn't make sense for us to have multiple lawyers asked me what we were paying them, asked how much more they want upfront and told me that the price they offered was cheap, not in a calm, educating manner, but in blunt, aggressive, insensitive manner. He then proceeded to tell me how much their services would cost. Seemed reasonable enough considering the large, complicated case but not once did he advice of how they bill their clients, what the options are, is there payment plans? Just well it's going to be 80,000 dollars. I would like to note that I understand the cost, the reasoning behind multiple lawyers, all of it. It's just the way I was bulldozed and ran me over the entire call. Thanks for your advice, dude. You rock!

Long story short I got a slightest degree DUI for having only a couple of light beers. I passed all the field sobriety tests and they still charged me. The DPS and Phoenix police can ruin your life and will take advantage of those who don't know the system. Throughout his representation he conveyed that I was not guilty. He is extremely confident and well versed in his profession. He seemed to have an innate ability to predict the actions of the court and prosecutor. This proved effective when they would not budge on a plea offer that would have been devastating to my future. I know that behind the scenes he put a lot of pressure on the prosecutor to release me from the charges with a fair plea. To my delight, only a few days before trial the State took the plea that Michael arranged. He told me he didn't want me to "wimp out" and I'm glad I followed his advice. This lawyer really cares and fights hard for his clients. * After reading the below commenter's reviews I completely agree with her description. He is incredibly fair with his fee. He represented me on several occasions and I did not have to spend much of my own time since he took care of it on my behalf. His communication is good so that I could reach him with text and phone. His demeanor really goes a long way, not cocky or shady like many other lawyers. Very honest and caring. Highly Recommend if you're concerned with your rights and freedom, don't hesitate to let him navigate through whatever situation you might be facing. The relief he provided is indescribable!!!

By 4:20 I'd yet to hear anything so I called & was told he was running behind on his previous phone call & was understanding. 4:45 hit & I was not nearly as understanding bc my thoughts are "I'm gonna let someone have my back in court that won't have my back for a phone consultation??" I then called again & was told (by the person that answers the phone) that she texted him to remind him of the 4:30 appointment. 4:30?!?!? I was told 4. She then told me he's still on the phone & I expressed to her that I was very irritated because I waited around my phone for something that was scheduled. Hello! I schedule calls & appointments too, the difference is I show up to mine. I decided that I did not want to hire someone that is unorganized with their call system because who knows where all of my court docs will go - could be scattered in several folders. To end the story I was never called at all yesterday & when I called today he was in court & I was told that it's "busy season". I was then told today (the day after not having my appointment followed through with) that I was being rude with expressing how frustrated I was. I wasn't rude, I wasn't vulgar - I was honest. Munoz defended himself saying was a "nice guy" & per reviews I see that, but I was not treated well by him. No apology for missing my consultation & no apology when I cracked a joke saying "you're the most difficult guy to get in contact with" rather he had a condescending attitude stating "yeah, we're a really busy attorneys office". Seems rather prideful to me with no apology whatsoever. Set people up with expectations because we also have a life outside of yours.
