All along the way Bob has carefully explained all of my options, the benefits and the drawbacks, the costs and more, of each significant upgrade that we have discussed. He has been happy to tell me when I DON'T need to spend money on something and also been careful to try to find the most cost effective route to go. While they are beyond capable of handling normal service / repair work on daily driver cars, where they excel is on high performance and track prepared cars.
