There are too many awful things about this practice and that staff to list, but I am writing this mostly because the doctor backed up bad information and was incredibly rude to me while my second child was in the chair for her ortho consult. Glad I realized right then that I wasn't paying another dime to this guy. I came here to see if anyone else had commented, and I immediately connected to Jackeline's review. The tech's who applied the rubber bands were nice. Never really saw the same ones twice though. The bright light in the dark experience was Valeria. I hope by now, she moved on. Michelle in specific seems to never want to be there as if labor is being forced upon her. I have anxiety so i'm naturally a nervous person, & seeing the way they operate makes me intimidated to even ask a question because i am afraid of the response i will receive.... & proven today after my visit as usual i went to MICHELLE to book my next app to get my braces REMOVED, she handed me the paper with options for retainers & gave me little to NO information on them , there were 3 pictures of different retainer options & pricing for each , when i proceeded to ask if i was going to be able to CHOOSE from one of the options she proceeded to give me an attitude & a very hostile answer, i ignored it & proceeded to ask my second question which was if i had to wear them to sleep or if i was able to take them out ... she proceeded again to give me a very hostile answer , "YOU HAVE TO WEAR THEM 24/7 ONLY TAKE THEM OUT TO EAT & DRINK" , i wanted to know specifically if i needed to take them out while sleeping due to the fact that my friend was told he should take them out when sleeping... so i proceeded to ask again if i shall take them out while i sleep , and she proceeded to again respond w the same hostility , i asked for the third & last time & as she proceeded to give me the same hostile answer Dr Matt also joined backing up her HOSTILE answer instead of giving me a simple yes or no. i am very disappointed in the treatment i've received since 2020 i payed out of pocket to be treated professionally & with respect NOT to be made out to feel DUMB for having concerns about MY TEETH which i am once again PAYING to be fixed . MICHELLE is going to put this place out of business along with Dr Matt for not addressing these issues that i am sure isn't the first time they happened. It is very obvious that great lengths are taken to maintain an environment like this. Literally, the building is immaculate (see pictures). So far I've counted at least 7 dental assistants and they all seem to be busy with patients. They are extremely organized and it seems like everyone here is happy. As I write this review on my smartphone, Dr. Vitagliano is walking around right now looking as sharp as mr. Clean, making sure that everything is running smoothly. I'm only 25 years old but when I have kids, I know where I'm taking them. Looking over into the corner, I see that they even use an autoclave machine. Now, I only know what that is because I do biology research, and we use it to sterilize equipment before running experiments. So let me tell you, seeing that they sterilize their equipment with research grade hardware is a very very good sign. They also have a shark tank Now I want to get my teeth done here :(
