We were greeted by a staff member upon entered the main building that houses ice cream, drinks, local artisan work for purchase, and hemp products. We arrived that Saturday around 8pm. Parking again was easy. The event was put together very well - with the food truck located right beside the building. You were able to purchase your food, get something from the shop, and find a seat outside to enjoy the evening. The music was great. The people were awesome - good convo and they had UNO going for those that wanted to play. We got to meet the owner and his wife. I love that I've gotten to know him and I feel great about how he treats his animals. We started with just egg delivery, but now often get chicken, pork and grass-fed beef. He even found me one last ham a week before Christmas, and then promptly answered my frantic email on Christmas Eve for cooking instructions! His prices are cheaper than Whole Foods, and I trust his meats' quality and animals' welfare more than pre-packaged meat. I have been recommending Sylvanaqua Farms to anyone who will listen!
