Owner replied to my first review I posted this week by denying our experience at her store, gaslit me and told me she was going to ask Yelp to delete my review because it was damaging to her business. Sounded like she was having a melt down over the truth getting out. I noticed after that 3 people conveniently posted on the same day positive reviews when her listing on Yelp never gets too many Yelp reviews in a short amount of time, let alone same day. Very Interesting. She must've told her employees, friends, clients and/ or followers about my review and asked or manipulated them into to feeling bad for her and going in to leave more 5 star positive reviews to boost her rating back up. Owner is damaging their own business by how she treats some people as if they're more trusted to shop there than "others" who look a certain way. I really like the layout of the store, with each department looking pretty tidy and kept up. For the most part, it's pretty easy to navigate the store where everything is, and also the staff does a great job of keeping it all organized. The aisles are wide enough which makes it easy to pass, leaving no frustration on my end. The store seems to be fully staffed in pretty much every aisle, and also most of the time, a greater at both of the entrances.
