Sounded like she was having a melt down over the truth getting out. I noticed after that 3 people conveniently posted on the same day positive reviews when her listing on Yelp never gets too many Yelp reviews in a short amount of time, let alone same day. Very Interesting. She must've told her employees, friends, clients and/ or followers about my review and asked or manipulated them into to feeling bad for her and going in to leave more 5 star positive reviews to boost her rating back up. Owner is damaging their own business by how she treats some people as if they're more trusted to shop there than "others" who look a certain way. All you had to do was put a few pieces of paper down and quietly lay the statue down and gently flip it to wrap it. No scoffing necessary. Needs better customer service checkout people. Love the store otherwise but there's no need for such rudeness. It's a simple, normal request to wrap a fragile item. It should be standard, I shouldn't have even had to ask her to do it. By default, we use to wrap any fragile item when I worked retail for many years, and I'm only in my early 30s.
